Abstract
Bir termal soka dirençli seramik esya ve esyanin imal edilmesi için bir yöntem olup, bu yöntem, bir kaynasabilir, parçacik halinde seramik bilesimini içeren bir birinci malzeme ve tipik haliyle bir gözenekli, pirolize olabilir malzemeyi içeren bir ikinci malzemenin sirayla degisen tabakalarinin olusturulmasini kapsamaktadir. Tabakali yapi esyanin parçalanma direnci ve pekligini arttirmakta ve gelistirilmis bir termal sok direncine yol açabilmektedir. Yöntem, avantaj saglayan bir sekilde, esyanin firinlanmak için hazirlanmasi için bir tabaka, film ya da kovani kullanmaktadir. Ikinci malzemenin bilesimi, kalinligi ve gözenekliligi istenen özelliklerine etki edecektir. Yöntem, metal döküm endüstrisi için stoper çubuklari, memeler ve dökme borularini kapsayan silindirik esyalarin imal edilmesi için özellikle uyarlanmistir.
