Claims (30)
- (a) 용융된 입자상 세라믹과 탄소 결합된 입자상 세라믹 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 복수 개의 제1 상(2)의 층과;(b) 제1 상(2)의 인접한 층들 사이에 배치되며, 기계적 또는 화학적으로 다른 제2 상(3)의 층을 포함하는 다층 세라믹 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 상(2)의 층은 그 두께가 0.05 mm ~ 20 mm이고, 제2 상(3)의 층은 그 두께가 0.005 mm ~ 2 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 상(3)은 가연성 재료의 열분해 잔여물, 탄소 섬유, 금속 메시, 그리고 약하게 융합되거나 탄소 결합된 입자상 내화물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 비(非) 층상 물체에 캡슐화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 제1 상(2) 층은 그에 인접한 제1 상(2) 층과 다른 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 형상은 구멍(5)을 형성하는 내부면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 용융 금속의 연속 주조용 노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 구멍(5)을 형성하는 내부면 및 외부면을 갖고, 상기 구멍(5)은 종방향 축선(7)에 평행하게 정렬되며, 상기 몸체는 상기 내부면 및 외부면에 의해 형성되는 벽의 두께(4)를 갖고, 상기 몸체는 그 종방향 축선(7)을 중심으로 나선형을 그리는 복수 개의 제1 상(2)의 층을 구비하며, 상기 층은 상기 벽의 두께를 구성하는데 충분한 수로 존재하고, 인접한 제1 상(2)의 층들 사이에 하나 이상의 제2 상(3)의 층이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 3개 이상의 제1 상(2) 층과 2개 이상의 제2 상(3) 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품.
- (a) 두께가 0.005 mm ~ 2.0 mm 인 시트를 아래에 놓는 단계와;(b) 상기 시트 상에 가융성 입자상 세라믹 조성물을 0.05 mm ~ 20 mm의 두께로 침착시키는 단계와;(c) 하나 이상의 추가 층을 침착시키는 단계와;(d) 하나의 부품을 형성하도록 복수 개의 층을 가압하는 단계; 그리고(e) 상기 세라믹 조성물을 융합하기에 충분한 온도로 상기 부품을 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.
- (a) 가융성 입자상 세라믹 조성물로 슬리브를 충전하여 층을 형성하는 단계와;(b) 복수 개의 압밀화된 슬리브를 적층하는 단계와;(c) 하나의 부품을 형성하도록 복수 개의 층을 가압하는 단계; 그리고(d) 상기 세라믹 조성물을 융합하기에 충분한 온도로 상기 부품을 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 시트 또는 슬리브는 가요성인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.

- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 세라믹 조성물을 시트 상에 침착한 이후에 시트 상에 있는 상기 세라믹 조성물을 또는 충전된 슬리브를 압밀화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 가압 단계는 등방압(isostatic) 프레싱에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 복수 개의 층을 가압하는 단계 이전에, 소정 두께(4, 15)가 얻어질 때까지 시트와 세라믹 조성물로 이루어진 층 또는 충전된 슬리브로 이루어진 층을 교대로 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 복수 개의 층을 압박하는 단계 이전에, 필요한 두께(4, 15)가 얻어질 때까지 시트와 세라믹 조성물 또는 충전된 슬리브를 중심점을 중심으로 감는 단계를 더 포함하며, 이로 인해 제1 상(2)의 층 및 제2 상(3)의 층이 중심점으로부터 외측으로 나선형을 그리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 중심점은 심축(13, 24)이 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 세라믹 조성물은 상기 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법이 진행되는 중에 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 세라믹 물품의 제조 방법.
- (a) 융합된 입자상 세라믹과 탄소 결합된 입자상 세라믹 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 하나 이상의 제1 상(2) 층과;(b) 상기 제1 상의 층에 매설되거나 캡슐화되며, 기계적 또는 화학적으로 다른 제2 상(3)의 층을 포함하는 세라믹 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 다층 세라믹 물품이 매설되거나 캡슐화되어 있는 내화성 물체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 다층 세라믹 물품을 포함하는 서브-엔트리 보호판.
