Abstract

본 발명은 음향 특성이 우수한 트란스 듀서 탐친자에 사용되어지는 압전 세라믹의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 PZT로 대표되는 압전 세라믹 분말을 유기 결합제와 혼합하고, 이를 450~500℃의 온도에서 열처리하여 유기, 결합제를 휘발시킨 다음, 1200~1300℃의 Pbo분위기에서 소결하여 다공성의 압전 세라믹 소결체를 얻은 다음, 이 다공성의 압전 세라믹 소결체를 에폭시 수지에 함침 시켜 PZT 세라믹과 고분자 매질이 소위 3-3형의 상 접속도를 갖게하도록 하는 세라믹/고분자 3-3형 복합 압전체의 제조방법을 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 세라믹/고분자 3-3형 복합 압전체 제조 방법의 개략적인 공정 흐름도를 도식한 것이다.
제2도는 복합 압전체의 상접속도 패턴들을 도식한 것이다.
제3(a)도는 본 발명에 의해 제작되어진 복합 압전체용 다공성 세라믹의 기공 분포를 나타낸 전자 현미경 사진이다.
제3(b)도는 본 발명에 의해 제작되어진 복합 압전체용 다공성 세라믹의 구조를 나타낸 전자 현미경 사진이다.
제4(a),(b)도는 솔리드 PZT 틀랜스두서의 펄스-에코 응답 특성을 나타낸 것이다.
제5(a),(b)도는 본 발명에 따라 느 제작되어진 3-3형 복합 압전체의 펄스-에코 응답 특성을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. PZT로 대표되는 압전 세라믹 분말을 유기 결합제와 혼합하고, 이를 450~500℃의 온도에서 열처리하여 유기 결합제를 휘발시킨 다음, 1200~1300℃의 Pbo분위기 중에서 소결하여 다공성의 압전 세라믹 소결체를 얻은 다음, 이 다공성의 압전 세라믹 소결체를 에폭시 수지에 함침 시켜 PZT 세라믹과 고분자 매질이 소위 3-3형의 상 접속도를 갖게 하도록 하는 세라믹/고분자 3-3형 복합 압전체의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 유기 결합제는 폴리 비닐 알콜, 또는 전분임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 유기 결합제는 세라믹에 대하여 5~15중량%의 중량비로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
