Abstract
고밀도 이붕화지르코늄 세라믹 성형체의 제조방법이 기술되어 있다. 이러한 방법은 이붕화티탄 분말을 예비 세라믹 유기규소 중합체와 혼합하는 공정을 포함한다. 혼합물을 성형시키고, 가압하에 또는 무압 공정에 의해 소결시킨다.

Claims (3)
- (a) 이붕화지르코늄 분말 및 10중량% 이상의 예비세라믹 유기규소 중합체(여기서, 예비세라믹 유기규소 중합체는 화학량론적 양 이상의 규소계 탄소 함유물을 제공한다)를 포함하는 성분들을 균일한 혼합물로 혼합하는 단계 및 (b) 균질한 혼합물을 목적하는 형상으로 성형시켜 취급 가능한 그린체를 수득하는 단계를 포함하여, 취급가능한 그린체를 성형시키는 방법.
- (a) 제1항의 취급 가능한 그린체를 제조하는 단계 및 (b) 불활성 대기하에 2000℃를 초과하는 온도에서 그린체를 소결하여 밀도가 4.0g/㎤를 초과하는 소결체를 수득하는 단계를 포함하여, 이붕화티탄의 소결 세라믹체를 제조하는 방법.
- 탄화규소 2 내지 10중량%, 탄화붕소 3중량% 이하, 유리탄소 2중량% 이하 및 이붕화지르코늄 85 내지 98중량%를 포함하는 제1항에 따른 방법으로 수득가능한 소결된 이붕소화티탄 소결제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
