Abstract

본 발명은 PZT 세라믹tm 입자를 PVdF 고분자 내에 분산시켜 복합화한 0ㅡ3연결성의 압전 복합재료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 PZT세라믹스에 PZT와 PVdF간의 결합력증진을 위해 실란처리를 하고, 실란처리된 PZT 세라믹스 10∼60용량%와 PVdF 매트릭스의 전기전도도 향상을 위한 카본 미립자를 PVdF 고분자에 첨가하여 건식혼합한후 대량생산이 용이한 압출성형하여 50∼300㎛두께의 유연성이 있는 쉬트형 복합 재료를 제조하는 것이다. 본 발명의 쉬트형 복합재료는 유연성이 있으며, 압출성형법에 의해 제조됨으로 대량 생산이 용이하다는 이점이 있다.

압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명 압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료의 제조공정도, 제2도는 본 발명 압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료의 실란 첨가량 변화에 따른 밀도변화를 나타낸 그래프, 제3도는 본 발명 압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료의 주사전자현미경사진.

Claims (3)

  1. 압전 세라믹스 입자를 압전 고분자내에 분산시켜 복합화한 압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료에 있어서, 압전 고분자로 PVdF를 매트릭스로 하여 최대 5중량%의 실란이 첨가된 PZT압전 세라믹스 입자가 10∼60용량%분산됨과 아울러 최대 3용량%의 카본이 첨가되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료.
  2. 압전 세라믹스 입자를 압전 고분자 내에 분산시켜 복합화한 압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료에 제조방법에 있어서, PZT 압전 세라믹스에 최대 5중량%의 실란을 알콜과 함께 첨가하여 PZT입자의 표면에 실란이 코팅되도록 한 후, PVdF 압전 고분자 10∼60용량%의 실란 처리된 PZT와 최대 3용량%의 카본 미립자를 첨가하여 건식혼합한 다음 압출성형법으로 50∼300㎛두께의 쉬트형으로 성형함을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 압출성형시의 온도는 210℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹ㅡ고분자 복합재료의 제조방법.
