Claims (18)
- 금속 분말을 허니콤 형상으로 성형하고, 소결시키어 이루어지는 금속 모널리스로서, 그의 격벽 및 기공의 표면이 내열성 금속산화물로 피복되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 내열성 금속질 모널리스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 모널리스의 조성이. A12.5-30중량%Cr 0-40중량%, 나머지가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물에 의해 이루어지는 내열성 금속질 모널리스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 금속질 모널리스는 촉매담체로서 사용하는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 금속질 모널리스에 전극을 마련한 것을 특징으로하는 허니콤 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주 모널리스 촉매의 상류측에 근접시키어, 내열성 금속질 모널리스에 전극을 마련하여 이루어지는 히터를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터,
- 제1항에 있어서, 주 모널리스 촉매의 상류측에 근접시키어, 내열성 금속질 모널리스에 촉매가 담지되고, 또 당해 내열성 금속질 모널리스에 전극을 마련하여 이루어지는 히터를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 금속질 모널리스에 촉매가 담지되고, 또 당해 내열성 금속질 모널리스에 전극을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매컨버터.
- 금속 분말 원료와 유기 바인터, 물을 혼합하여, 소망하는 허니콤 형상에 성형한 후, 비산화분위기 하1000-1450℃로 소성하고, 이어서 얻어진 소결체의 격벽 및 기공의 표면을 내열성 금속산화물로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 금속질 모널리스의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 금속분말 원료의 30중량%이상이 순Fe 분말인 내열성 금속질 모널리스의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 순 Fe 분말이 카르보닐 Fe 분말인 내열성 금속질 모널리스의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 500-1300℃의 수소 함유가스 분위기하에 소결체를 보지하여, 내열성 금속산화물을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 그목질 모널리스의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 수소함유가스 분위기의 노점이 -70℃~-40℃인 내열성 금속질 모널리스의 제조방법.
- 다수의 관통구멍을 가지고 있는 허니콤 구조체에. 통전을 위한 적어도 둘의 전극을 마련함과 아울러, 당해 전극간에 저항 조절기구를 마련하여, 상기 허니콤 구조체에 있어서의 관통구멍 내의 가스유체를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항조절형 히터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 저항 조절 기구가 슬릿인 저항 조절형 히터.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 주 모널리스 촉매의 상유측에 근접시키어, 저항 조절형 히터를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터.
- 다수의 관통구멍을 가지고 있는 허니콤 구조체에 촉매를 담지시킴과 아울러, 통전을 위한 적어도 둘의 전극을 마련하고, 또 당해 전극간에 저항조절기구를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨버터.
- 주 모널리스촉매의 상류측에 근접시키어, 다수의 관통구멍을 가지고 있는 허니콤 구조체에 촉매를 담지시킴과 아울러, 통전을 적어도 둘의 전극을 마련하고, 또 당해 전극간에 저항 조절기구를 마련하여 이루어지는 히터를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 컨 버터.
