Abstract

Ergimis demir (1) demir oksid ve karbonlu bir indirgeme maddesi saglayarak; (2) karbonlu indirgeme maddesi ve demir oksidden sekillendirilmis bir ürün hazirlayarak; (3) sekillendirilmis üründen kati indirgenmis demir hazirlayarak ki burada kati indirgenmis demir en az % 60'lik bir metallesme, en az 1.7'lik bir özgül agirlik ve kati indirgenmis demirde kalan demir oksidi indirgemek için gerekli teorik miktarin en az % 50'si kadar bir karbon muhteviyatina sahiptir; ve (4) önemli sogutma gerçeklestirilmeden önce, kati indirgenmis demiri yüksek bir sicaklikta bir ark isitma türünden ergime firininda isitarak saglanir. Ergimis demir, refraktörlerin asinmasina neden olmadan nispeten düsük demir muhteviyatli demir cevherlerinden, yüksek enerji ve yüksek indirgeme etkilikleri ile ve son derece basit bir islem ile etkili olarak hazirlanabilir.
