Abstract

Bu bulus etilen, asetik asit ve oksijenden vinil asetat üretimi için bir heterojen bimetalik palladyum-altin katalizör saglar. Bir bulus katalizörü katalizör destek yüzeyi üzerinde kolodial palladyumun bir ilk kabuk dagilim kaplamasi ve katalizör destek yüzeyi üzerinde kolodial altin metalinin çok büyük ikinci bir kabuk dagilim kaplamasi olusturma yolu ile hazirlanir. Organometalik bir altin bilesim katalizör destek yüzeyi üzerinde altin dagilimini uygulamak için kullanilir. Organometalik altin bilesimi bir ayumlama prosedürü gerektirmez. Bulusun tercih edilen palladyum-altin katalizörü yüksek bir altin metal gerilimine sahiptir ve vinil asetat üretiminde saglamlik ve uzun dönem seçicilik gösterir.
