Description
ный с возможностью пропуска масла только при превышении давлени в линии его управлени выше заданного значени , с маслобаком и через гидроуправл емый клапан/&, выполненный с возможностью пропуска масла только при, понижении давлени в лииии его управлени ниже заданного значени , с напорной линией гидродвигател привода механизма враш ени .
Клапань /5 и 16 св заны лини ми управлени 17 и /S с напорной линией гидродвигател привода механизма вращени .
Работа, устройства осуществл етс следующим образом.
При повышение давлени в напорной линии пидродвигател привода мехаИизма вращени выше задайного клапан 15 сообщает напорную линию гидродвигател привода ударного узла с маслобаком, в результате чего давление в напорной линии гидродвигател привода ударного узла понижаетс , клапан 14 соотношени обеспечивает понижение дав;|:ейи в напорной линии гидродвигател привода механизма подачи и при снижении его ниже определенного уровн гидрораспределитель 13 осуществл ет реверс подачи. При начальной .стадии бурени скважины , когда напорна лини насоса / соединена через гидрораспределитель 10 с маслобаком и давление в ней понижаетс ниже уровн , соответствующего нормальному режиму бурени , гидроуправл емый клапан 16 соедин ет н-апорную линию гидродвигател привода ударного механизма с напорной линией гидродвигател привода механизма вращени , в результате чего снижаетс да влёние в напорных лини х гидродвигателей приводов, ударного механизма и механизма подачи.
Таюим образом, предлагаемое устройство обеспечивает автоматическое изменение режима бурени .
