Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к медицине. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение чувствительности реагента. Реагент дл  Определени  контактной аллергии в соответствии с изобретением состоит из полоски кле щего материала, на котором расположен по крайней мере один лоскут, покрытый пленкой-носителем, с включенным в него веществом-аллергеном. Полоска может содержать несколько лоскутов с различными веществами-аллергенами и/или различными их концентраци ми. В качестве носител  веществ-аллергенов используют гидрофильные пленкообразующие полисахариды или его производные, преимущественно ал- кил- или оксиалкилцеллюлозу. Размеры лоскута составл ют 0,2-4,0 см2, а толщина пленки-носител  - не более 0,25 мм. 1 табл.

Изобретение относитс  к медицине, в частности к реагентам дл  определени  контактной аллергии.
Цель изобретени  - повышение чувствительности реагента.
Реагент дл  определени  контактной аллергии состоит из полоски кле щего материала , содержащего по крайней мере один лоскут (преимущественно двенадцать), покрытый пленкой-носителем с включенным в него веществом-аллергеном, Полоска может содержать набор лоскутов с различными веществами-аллергенами. Полоска покрыта защитным листом, который снимают перед использованием
В качестве носител  используют пленкообразующие полисахариды, например ал- кил- или оксилалкилцеллюлозу
Частично метилированна  целлюлоза  вл етс  хорошим носителем, так как обладает пленкообразующими свойствами, хорошим гидрофильно-гидрофобным
равновесием, отсутствием раздражени  кожи человека.
Толщина пленки-носител  не более 0,25 мм.
Пример 1. Метоцел (метилцеллю- лоза со степенью метилировани  27-31%) перемешивают в гор чей воде и получают гель (3 мас,%). Соли металлов (кристаллические или в виде растворов в воде) ввод т в гель, добавл ют воду до концентрации Ме- тоцела 2,4 мас.%. Затем гель тщательно перемешивают до гомогенного диспергировани  солей. Дл  удалени  воздушных пузырьков гель центрифугируют, после чего нанос т на лоскуты.

одециловый сульфат натри , вес.%: 0,5; 1,0; 2,0; 4,0.
Гель, содержаций определенный аллерген , в определенной концентрации распыл ют слоем около 0,1 мм на пленочный носитель, пропитанный этиловым спиртом, слой гел  сушат при комнатной температуре (при этом получают пленку толщиной 0,01 мм), разрезают на лоскуты 0,2-0,5 см2 и накладывают на клейкую полосу. Лоскуты размером 1 см , содержащие соли металлов по примеру 1, накладывают на верхнюю часть спины пациента, закрепл ют с помощью клейкой ленты и оставл ют на 48 и 72 ч.
Пленки Метоцел могут содержать в качестве веществ-аллергенов сульфат нео- мицина, этилендиамингидрохлорид, перуанский бальзам,
Пример 2. В гель Клюцел из оксип- роп ил целлюлозы ввод т различные вещест- ва-аллергень.
В качестве растворител  используют различные концентрации этилового спирта в зависимости от типа используемого аллергена .
Концентрации веществ в получаемом геле предствлены в таблице.
Полученные гели нанос т на пленочные носители и сушат. Пленочный носитель ,представл ет собой полиэфирную пленку, гидрофилированную путем ее обработки коронным разр дом, что улучшает адгезию пленки.
В качестве веществ-аллергенов в пленке Клюцел используют также сульфат никел , бихромат кали , перуанский бальзам, этилендиамингидрохлорид, холорид кобальта , тиуарамовую смесь, каиновую смесь, эпоксидные смолы.
Реагенты дл  определени  контактной
аллергии в соответствии с изобретением имеют более высокую чевствительность, повышенную точность дозировки веществ-аллергенов , стойки при хранении.
Лоскуты, содержащие различные вещества-аллергены , могут быть помещены на один клейкий лист, при этом пациент может быть обследован одновременно на множество аллергенов и/или на различные количества одного и того же аллергена на
единицу площади.

Claims (1)

  1. Формула изобретени  Реагент дл  определени  контактной аллергии, содержащий по крайней мере один лоскут с полимерным носителем и введенным в него контактным аллергеном, о т- личающийс  тем, что, с целью повышени  чувствительности реагента, размеры лоскута составл ют 0,2-0,5 см , толщина пленки-носител  не более 0,25 мм, а в качестве носител  используют гидрофильный пленкообразующий полисахарид или его производные.
