Abstract

Naprava za obdelavo tekočine, kot je kovinska talina. Naprava vsebuje enega ali več rotorjev (5) za dovajanje plina in/ali materiala v delcih v tekočino v reakcijski komori (1). Reakcijska komora (1) je zaprta in ima vpust (3) in izpust (13) in je zasnovana za vzpostavitev podtlaka in v zadevni zvezi izpust (13) sodeluje z drugo komoro ali izpustnim prehodom (2). Naprava tudi lahko vsebuje več zaporedno vezanih reakcijskih komor (1, 2). Prva reakcijska komora (1) prek odprtine (16) sodeluje z drugo (2), druga s tretjo itd.

Claims (6)

  1. Patentni zahtevki 1. Naprava za kontinuimo obdelavo tekočine, kot je kovinska talina, vsebujoča reakcijsko komoro (1) z vpustom (3) in izpustno odprtino (15, 16) in vključujoča enega ali več rotoijev (5) in po izbiri nadaljnja strelstva za dovajanje plina in/ali materiala v delcih v reakcijski komori (1), značilna po tem, da je reakcijska komora (1) zaprta in zasnovana tako, da se s povezavo (4) ustvari podtlak, pri čemer je izpust (15, 16) tekočine reakcijske komore (1) nameščen nad vpustno odprtino (3) komore in nad izpustom (13) izpustne cevi (2*) iste do kanalskih sredstev (9) ali nad izpustom (13) druge komore (2*), ki je povezana s komoro (1).
  2. 2. Naprava po zahtevku 1, značilna po tem, da je zaporedno vezanih več reakcijskih komor (1, 2) in prva reakcijska komora (1) prek odprtine (16) sodeluje z drugo (2), druga s tretjo itd.
  3. 3. Naprava po zahtevku 1 ali 2, značilna po tem, da plin in/ali material v delcih dovajamo prek rotoija (rotoijev) (5).
  4. 4. Naprava po zahtevku 1 ali 2, značilna po tem, da plin in/ali material v delcih dovajamo prek šobe (8) ali podobnega, v dnu zadevne reakcijske komore (1,2) razporejenega dela.
  5. 5. Naprava po predhodnih zahtevkih, značilna po tem, da podtlak v zadevnih reakcijskih komorah znaša vsaj 0,2 bar.
  6. 6. Naprava po predhodnih zahtevkih 1-5, značilna po tem, da je (sta/so) rotor (rotoija/rotoiji) (5) v zadevni reakcijski komori (1) gnan (gnana/gnani) prek osi (12) od motorja (6), ki je razporejen na stropu, na spodnji strani ali od strani reakcijske komore (1). 27702 DOE Pat zaht.doc/09
