Description
454 073 den andra mellanaxeln. Dessa ersätter då tre tidigare kugghjul med kopplingsorgan, vilket innebär en reducering med ett kugghjul.
Förutom de nämnda fördelarna uppnås bättre inkopplingskvalitet och lägre vikt. Dessutom uppnås en varvtalsreduktion i tvâ steg, vil- ket ger bättre utväxling på backväxeln.
Uppfinningen beskrives närmare under hänvisning till på bifogade ritning visade utföringsexempel, där fig. 1 visar en schematisk ändvy av en växellåda enligt uppfinningen och fig. 2 en schematisk vy utefter linjen I-I i fig. 1.
I fig. 2 betecknar 1 en lamellskiva till en icke närmare visad koppling. Lamellskivan är ovridbart lagrad på en ingående axel 2, vilken även uppvisar vridfast anordnade kugghjul 3, 4, 5 och 6 för trean, tvåan, ettan och fyran samt ett roterbart lagrat löphjul 7 för femman, vilket är låsbart på axeln medelst en kopplingshylsa 8 med synkroniseringsorgan. På en första mellanaxel 9 är löphjul 10 och 11 roterbart lagrade och låsbara på axeln medelst en kopplings- hylsa 12 med synkroniseringsorgan. På navet till ettans löphjul 11 är ett backväxelkugghjul 13 fast anordnat, och på mellanaxeln 9 är femmans kugghjul 14 vridfast monterat. En andra mellanaxel 15 upp- visar roterbart lagrade löphjul 16 och 17, vilka är låsbara på axeln medelst en kopplingshylsa 18 med synkroniseringsorgan. Ett backväxellöphjul 19 är låsbart på mellanaxeln 15 medelst en kopp- lingshylsa 20 med synkroniseringsorgan. Mellanaxlarna 9 och 15 upp- visar vridfast anordnade kugghjul 21, 22, som ingriper med kfon" hjulet 23 i en differential, vars hus utgör en del av själva växel- lådshuset 24.
Vid all körning framåt är löphjulet 19 frikopplat från axeln 15 me- delst kopplingshylsan 20. Förutom vid körning på ettans växel är löphjulet 11 och därmed även backlöphjulet 13 alltid frikopplat från mellanaxeln 9 medelst kopplingshylsan 12. Ettans kugghjul 5 på den ingående axeln 2 driver således i neutralläget det som mel- lankugghjul tjänstgörande från axeln frikopplade kugghjulet 13 och mellanaxeln 9 övertar sålunda funktionen hos de tidigare kända växellådornas separata axel för mellankugghjulet. Vid iläggning av backen förskjutes kopplingshylsan 20 åt höger i fig. 2 och låser härvid backkugghjulet 19 på mellanaxeln 15, som nu via kugghjulet 454 073 21 driver kronhjulet 23 i backningsriktningen.
Genom att utnyttja första växelsteget (ettan) för drivning av mellanhjulet 13 uppnås stor utväxling på backen. Dessutom utnytt- jas ett gemensamt växelsteg för växlar, på vilka man ställer i stort sett samma krav vad gäller moment, utväxling, ljudnivå etc.
Claims (2)
1. Motorfordonsväxellåda, innefattande ett hus ned en ingåen- de axel och två mellanaxlar. som ligger i ett plan vid sidan om den ingående axeln och uppvisar kugghjul i ingrepp med kugghjul på den ingående axeln. varvid åtminstone det ena kugghjulet i varje par med varandra ingripande kugghjul på nämnda axlar är frikopplingsbart från sin axel. k ä n n e 1 t e c k n a d av att nellanaxlarna (9, 15) uppvisar ett par med varandra kontinuerligt ingripande och axiellt fixerade kugghjul (13, 19). av vilka det ena (13) är drívbart kopplat till ett kugghjul (ll), som överför moment vid körning på lägsta växel framåt. och det andra (19) är fritt roterbart lagrat på sin axel (15) samt låsbart på axeln nedelst kopp- lingsorgan (20) för att vända axelns rotationsriktning och att mellanaxlarna har var sitt med resp. axel fast förbundet kugghjul (21. 22). som ingriper med ett genensant kugghjul (23) på en utgående axel. vilken är sidoförskjuten i för- hållande till den ingående axeln.
