يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بأنظمة وطرق لتسهيل طرق التحكم في فولتية التباطؤ hysteresis voltage control methods متعددة المستويات وذلك لمُعدِّلات فولتية متعددة المستويات (100) multilevel voltage modulators متتالية بها مجموعة من خلايا القدرة power cells مرتبطة على التوالي وبها أي عدد صحيح موجب من مستويات فولتية الخرْج output voltage levels للتحكم في أي فولتية أحادية القطب unipolar voltage على الحمل (102) الخاص بمُعدِّل الفولتية (100) voltage modulator، وناقل قدرة كهربي electrical power من الشبكة الكهربية (101) electrical grid من محولات تيار متبادل Alternating Current (AC)/ تيار مستمر Direct current (DC) أو بصورة مباشرة من عناصر تخزين الطاقة energy storage elements من خلايا القدرة إلى الحمل. ويتعلق الاختراع أيضاً بطريقة خاصة بالتدوير التشغيلي لخلايا القدرة من مُعدِّل فولتية (100) متعدد المستويات والذي يضمن اشتراك قدرة مساوي من خلايا القدرة وتوازن في الفولتية من عناصر تخزين القدرة من خلايا القدرة من المُعدِّل. شكل1
