Claims (12)
1. Форма гидрохлорида 1-[2-(2-нафтил)этил]-4-(3-трифторметилфенил)-1,2,3,6-тетрагидропиридина в виде микрочастиц, состоящая из частиц, по крайней мере, 55% которых имеют диаметр меньше 50 мкм.
2. Форма по п.1 в виде микрочастиц, отличающаяся тем, что диаметр частиц меньше 25 мкм.
3. Форма по п.2 в виде микрочастиц, отличающаяся тем, что диаметр частиц меньше 15 мкм.
4. Форма по п.3 в виде микрочастиц, отличающаяся тем, что диаметр 80 - 85% совокупности частиц меньше 10 мкм.
5. Форма по любому из пп.1 - 4 в виде микрочастиц, отличающаяся тем, что частицы являются микросферами.
6. Форма по п.5 в виде микрочастиц, отличающаяся тем, что микрочастицы состоят из гидрохлорида 1-[2-(2-нафти)этил] -4-(3-трифторметилфенил)-1,2,3,6-тетрагидропиридина по существу в аморфной форме.
7. Форма по любому из пп.1 - 4 в виде микрочастиц, отличающаяся тем, что частицы являются микронизированными кристаллами.
8. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая форму по любому из пп.1 - 7 в виде микрочастиц в качестве активного ингредиента.
9. Композиция по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что она представляет собой единичную дозированную форму.
10. Композиция по п.9, отличающаяся тем, что каждая единичная дозированная форма содержит 0,1 - 5 мг активного ингредиента (рассчитано для свободного основания).
11. Композиция по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что каждая единичная дозированная форма содержит 0,5 - 3 мг активного ингредиента (рассчитано для свободного основания).
12. Композиция по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что каждая единичная дозированная форма содержит 2 мг активного ингредиента (рассчитано для свободного основания).
