SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of aerated concretes, in particular the foam concrete. The raw material mixture for the production of foam concrete contains, wt %: Portland cement 55.0-60.0, a foaming agent PB-2000 0.2-0.25, staple glass fiber 0.25-0.35, water 39.5-44.45.
EFFECT: invention enhances the foam concrete stability.

Description

The invention relates to the production of cellular concrete, in particular foam concrete.
A known mixture for the manufacture of cellular concrete (foam), including, by weight. %: Portland cement 30-31; a foaming agent 0.15-0.25; water 33-34; ash TPP - the rest [1].
The objective of the invention is to increase the strength of foam.
The technical result is achieved in that the raw material mixture for the manufacture of: foam concrete, including Portland cement, a foaming agent, water, as a foaming agent contains a foaming agent PB-2000 and additionally staple fiberglass in the following ratio of components, wt. %: cement cement 55.0-60.0; foaming agent 0.2-0.25; staple fiberglass 0.25-0.35; water 39.5-44.45.

The PB-2000 foaming agent meets the requirements of TU 2481-185-05744685-01, with a density of 1000-1200 kg / m 3 , pH 7-10, the multiplicity of the working solution foam with a volume fraction of the foaming agent of 4%, the foam stability of at least 360 s.
In the foam generator, foam is whipped from the mixture of the foaming agent with water. The mixing of all concrete components is carried out in a screw mixer, into which dry components are first fed: Portland cement and staple fiber, and then the prepared foam. From the mixer, the prepared mixture is evenly distributed over the area of metal forms pre-oiled with oil and fed to the heat-moisture treatment, which is carried out according to the regime of 3 + 9 + 3 hours at an isothermal holding temperature of 90 ° C. Then the finished product is removed from the molds and transported to a warehouse where the material “ripens”.
