Description

The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular to the production of cellular concrete.
A known mixture for the manufacture of cellular concrete (foam), including, wt.%: Cement 30-31; a foaming agent 0.15-0.25; water 33-34; ash TPP - the rest [1].
The objective of the invention is to increase the strength of foam products.
The technical result is achieved in that the raw material mixture for the manufacture of foam concrete, including Portland cement, foaming agent, aggregate and water, further comprises liquid potassium and / or sodium glass with a density of 1300-1500 kg / m 3 and a silicate module of 3.2-4.0, and as a foaming agent - PB-2000 foaming agent, as a filler - glass fiber cut into pieces of 2-7 mm, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement 28.0-30.0; the specified liquid glass of 0.4-0.6; PB-2000 foaming agent 0.4-0.6; glass fiber cut into segments of 2-7 mm 36.0-40.0; water 31.0-33.0.

In a foam generator, foam is whipped from a mixture of a foaming agent with water and liquid glass. Mixing of all concrete components takes place in a screw mixer, into which dry components are first fed: Portland cement, cut into pieces of 2-7 mm glass fiber, and then the prepared foam. From the mixer, the prepared mixture is evenly distributed over the area of metal forms pre-oiled and left to harden. Then the finished product is removed from the molds and transported to the warehouse.
