Abstract
1. Сырьевая смесь для изготовления пенобетона, включающая цемент, кремнеземистый компонент, пенообразователь, воду и добавки, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит в качестве кремнеземистого компонента отходы пиления вулканического туфа, в качестве пенообразователя клееканифольный пенообразователь, а в качестве добавки синтетические волокна, негашеную известь и строительный гипс при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:2. Способ изготовления пенобетонных изделий, включающий перемешивание цемента, извести, гипса и песка с водой до получения однородной массы, добавление синтетических волокон и пены до получения смеси заданной плотности, выдержку и тепловую обработку, отличающийся тем, что в качестве песка используют отходы пиления вулканического туфа - туфовый песок, который вводится в два этапа: вначале добавляют 70-85% по массе туфового песка с диаметром зерен менее 0,63 мм, затем 15-30% по массе с диаметром зерен 0,63-1,25 мм, а тепловую обработку после пропаривания проводят горячим воздухом в течение 3-4 ч.1.
