EFFECT: this ensures organoleptical characteristics improvement and sensation of almost inaudible sitnik taste and ripe gooseberry aroma as aftertaste; taste grade is 9,74.

The invention relates to the distillery industry.

It is known that the use of alcohol flax seeds in vodka infusion together with other ingredients allows you to show a synergistic effect that allows you to fully use the biological active complex of flax seeds, form a pleasant aroma-forming complex with alcohol esters and give vodka a very soft taste and a characteristic vodka aroma.

So there is a known method of producing SADKO vodka, according to which the resulting vodka contains a water-alcohol infusion of flax seeds of the first and second plums, fructose and ascorbic acid, rectified ethyl alcohol "LUX" and water treated with reverse osmosis, in the following ratio of ingredients, kg per 1000 gave the finished product:

For the preparation of vodka "KAUFMAN KREMLIN TRADITIONS" is used

- rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" according to GOST R 51652-200;

- drinking water according to GOST R 51232-98 and SanPiN 2.1.4.559-96 with a hardness of up to 1 ° W for natural water and up to 0.2 ° W for corrected water;

- oilseed flax (seeds) according to GOST 10582-76;

- rye (grain) according to GOST 16990-88;

- natural honey (light varieties) according to GOST 19792-2001;

- Refined granulated sugar in accordance with GOST 22-94;

Vodka is prepared as follows.

A water-alcohol solution (sorting) is prepared in such a way as to obtain vodka with a strength of 40%.

The resulting sorting is thoroughly mixed and, after adjusting its strength, is pumped to a pressure tank, from where it is sent to a coal-cleaning battery. Sorting filtration rate - up to 40 dal / h for fresh coal and up to 30 dal / h for coal regeneration.

Filtered vodka is sent to a finishing vat, where they make an alcoholized infusion of 1 plum flax seed and an alcoholized infusion of 1 rye plum.

Pre-infusion of alcoholized flax is produced as follows. Flax seeds (0.4 kg) are poured with an aqueous-alcoholic liquid (8 l) with a strength of 50% in a ratio of 1:20. Infusion is carried out for 3 days with periodic stirring for 20-30 minutes 2 times a shift. Then pour the infusion of flax seeds 1 plum in the amount of 6.6-7 l (about 85% of the flooded sorting). Ready infusion of flax seeds 1 plum is carefully filtered.

Infusion of alcoholized rye is as follows. Rye grain (0.3 kg) is poured with an aqueous-alcoholic liquid (3 l) with a strength of 50% in a ratio of 1:10. Infusion is carried out for 5 days with periodic stirring for 20-30 minutes 2 times a shift. Natural honey of 1.8-2.2 kg is added to the vat in a dissolved state. Then refined granulated sugar (14 kg) is introduced into the finishing vat in the form of 65.8% sugar syrup with constant stirring.

The contents of the vat are mixed, if necessary, the condition of vodka is adjusted for strength, adding alcohol or water with stirring. Ready vodka is sent for bottling with mandatory control filtration.

To achieve the claimed technical result - to obtain vodka with a sensation of aftertaste of sieve bread (gingerbread) and the subtle aroma of fresh gooseberry, as studies have shown, it is necessary to use only certain ratios of ingredients of natural honey, infusion of alcoholized flax seeds of the first plum, infusion of alcoholized rye of the first plum and sugar syrup. Moreover, as can be seen from the ratios of the components of the claimed vodka, the content of the alcoholized flax seeds of the first plum is significantly increased in its composition compared to its closest analogues.
