Description

The invention relates to the distillery industry and can be used in the production of vodka.

The well-known "USSR Vodka" containing water-alcohol infusion of rice (cereals) of the 1st plum, 65.8% sugar syrup, glycerin and water-alcohol liquid, as well as fructose, sodium bicarbonate and citric acid (RF Patent No. 2181143 , CL 12 G 3/08, publ. 2002).

The qualitative and quantitative composition of the ingredients of this famous vodka reduces the harmful effects of frequent use of this drink. However, this property is weakly expressed in this vodka.

In recent years, in the alcoholic beverage industry, various alcohol-protective food additives have been used in the manufacture of alcoholic beverages (food additives that reduce the toxic effect of ethanol on the human body: on the central and autonomic nervous systems, on the liver and cardiovascular system).

Alfalux alkoprotective additive is known, which reduces the toxic effect of ethanol on the human body when it is introduced into the composition of the ingredients of alcoholic beverages. g.).

The closest analogue of the proposed vodka is “Arab” vodka, containing water-alcohol infusion of rice of the 1st plum, 65.8% sugar syrup, alkoprotective food supplement and water-alcohol liquid (RF Patent No. 2163261, class C 12 G 3/06, publ. 2001).

As an alkoprotective food supplement, this well-known vodka contains "Bonifactor AMO-97" company Reynaud and FiS, France. Vodka has increased alkoprotective properties, but its organoleptic properties are not high enough.

The technical result achieved by the present invention is to improve the organoleptic properties of vodka, giving its aroma a light tone of the aroma of white clover flowers.

When developing a new vodka recipe containing a water-alcohol infusion of rice (cereal) of the 1st plum, when Alfalux, a complex food additive was introduced into its composition and selecting the qualitative and quantitative ratio of ingredients, such a composition with a strictly defined ratio of ingredients was found that provides reduction of the toxic effect of alcohol on the human body with high organoleptic characteristics of vodka.

The prepared sample is a sample of high quality vodka. The average score is 9.7 points. Vodka is a clear liquid without impurities. The taste is soft, inherent in vodka. The aroma is characteristic of vodka with a slight aroma of the aroma of white clover flowers.
