Proposed vodka provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product by increasing the tasting score from 9.67 to 9.69. The proposed total features provides eliciting the synergetic effect, absence of odor in spite of using vanillin in vodka that is not seen in case of over limited values of the claimed indices of vodka components. Vodka shows mild taste and mild typical vodka aroma. Also, invention expands the assortments of vodkas.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that vodka containing vanillin dissolved in rectified alcohol in a ratio of 1: 100, glycerin, sweetener, rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and corrected drinking water, contains 65.8% sugar syrup as a sweetener, and glycerin - dissolved in 40% vodka in a ratio of 1: 4, with the following ingredients, kg per 1000 gave the finished product:

Vodka "Slavyanskaya Lux (Slavyanskaya de Luxe)" is prepared as follows.

After the ingredients are added to the vat, the vodka is thoroughly mixed and the strength is checked. When deviating from the standard, vodka is adjusted in the same vats by adding alcohol or water, followed by stirring and checking the strength. After control filtration, the finished vodka is sent to the spill.
