Known vodka containing rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux", corrected drinking water, sugar syrup 65.8%, alcohol infused cedar nuts of the first plum, Alkosoft additive and sodium bicarbonate (RF patent 2267525, class C12G 3/08, 2006).

A disadvantage of the known vodka is that the finished product has a low content of biologically active substances.

Known vodka containing the complex food supplement Alfalux, glycerin, sugar syrup, alcohol infusion of flax seeds of the first plum, rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and corrected drinking water (RF patent, 2247145, class C12G 3/06, 2005).

A disadvantage of the known vodka is that the finished product has low organoleptic characteristics and high toxicity.

Known special vodka, which includes sugar syrup and pine buds in the form of aromatic alcohol (RF patent, 2084507, CL 12G 3/06, 1997).

Baikal drinking water is known (RF patent, 2045478, class С02F 1/00, 1995), the complex food additive "Lactorin" is known (Drinks magazine. Industry News and Analysis, No. 3, 2005).

The closest analogue is vodka containing the Alfalux complex dietary supplement, alcoholized infusion of rye malt and oat groats of the first plum, pantocrine tincture, 65.8% sugar syrup, rectified ethyl alcohol and corrected drinking water (RF patent 2268296 Cl. C12G 3/06, 2006).

A disadvantage of the known vodka is that the finished product has low organoleptic characteristics and high toxicity.

The technical result of the invention is to increase the organoleptic characteristics of the finished product and reduce its toxicity.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that vodka containing a complex food additive, alcohol infused with the first plum, 65.8% sugar syrup, rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and corrected drinking water, additionally contains Baikal water, and as a complex food additive infusion contains a complex food additive "Lactorin", an alcoholized infusion of pine nuts and an alcoholized infusion of pine buds with the following ingredients, kg per 1000 gave the finished product:

Prepare vodka "BAYKAL" as follows.

For the preparation of vodka used:

A water-alcohol solution (sorting) is prepared in the sorting tub by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol “Lux” and drinking water corrected with the addition of Baikal water, which, if necessary, is filtered through a fabric filter, in quantities that ensure a 40% blend strength.

Prepare alcoholized infusions of pine nuts and pine buds by pouring them in an amount of 0.3 and 0.02 kg with an aqueous-alcoholic liquid with a strength of 50% in a ratio of 1:10 and 1:80, respectively, and holding it with periodic stirring for 20-30 minutes 2 times per shift for 5 days. Finished infusions are carefully drained, then carefully filtered and introduced with stirring into a finishing vat. The complex food additive "Lactorin" is dissolved in 40% vodka in a ratio of 1: 1, filtered through a fabric filter and introduced into a finishing vat. Refined sugar in the form of sugar syrup with a concentration of 65.8% or in the form of an aqueous solution is introduced into a sorting or finishing vat.

After the ingredients are added to the vat, the vodka is thoroughly mixed and the strength is checked in it. When deviating from the standard, it is adjusted in the same vats by adding alcohol or water, followed by mixing and checking the strength. After control filtration, the finished vodka is sent for bottling.

The proposed vodka provides the finished product with higher organoleptic characteristics and lower toxicity. The tasting score of the proposed vodka according to the protocol of the Central Tasting Commission is 9.73. Toxicity is reduced by 70%.

The combination of ingredients used and their quantitative content make it possible to obtain vodka, which is a clear liquid without impurities, having a mild taste inherent to vodka, aroma, characteristic, vodka with a subtle shade of “cold” and a barely perceptible aftertaste of horseradish.
