SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: natural honey, 2.0-3.0 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.2-1.2 kg; lactulose concentrate "Lazet", 2.0-3.0 kg; an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of wheat crunching bran with calcium "Lito" of the first blend, 5.0-6.0 l; sugar syrup of the concentration 65.8%, 11.0-12.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide strength 40%. Proposed vodka allows increasing the content of biologically active substances and calcium by 1.5% comprising in bran with calcium, to reduce its toxicity by 30% due to using lactulose concentrate. Also, invention improves organoleptic and physicochemical indices of the ready product due to using sodium hydrocarbonate that moderates vodka taste and shows effect on its alkalinity and calcium also. Vodka shows mild taste and barely detected aroma and barely detected milk caramel after tasting on background of vodka aroma taste score - 9.65.

Description

The invention relates to the distillery industry. Known vodka containing sugar syrup, water-alcohol infusion of crispy wheat bran of the first plum, glycine, rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and drinking water corrected (RF patent 2215778, CL 12 G 3/06, 2003). A disadvantage of the known vodka is the high toxicity of the finished product.

Known vodka containing natural honey, sodium bicarbonate, succinic acid, lactulose concentrate "Lazet", rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and corrected drinking water (RF application 2002120012, CL 12 G 3/06, 2004). A disadvantage of the known vodka is the low content of biologically active substances.

Closest to the proposed one is vodka containing a water-alcohol infusion of wheat germ flakes of the first plum, natural honey, 65.8% sugar syrup, rectified ethyl alcohol and corrected drinking water (RF patent 2175011, class C 12 G 3/08, 2001). A disadvantage of known vodka is its high toxicity, low content of biologically active substances, since they are lost during the preparation of flakes and low organoleptic and physico-chemical characteristics of the finished product. The technical result of the proposed vodka is to increase the organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters in it, increase the content of biologically active substances and reduce toxicity.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that vodka containing an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of a wheat processing product, natural honey, sugar syrup with a concentration of 65.8%, rectified ethyl alcohol and corrected drinking water, additionally contains sodium bicarbonate and Lazet lactulose concentrate, and as an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of a wheat processing product — an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of crispy wheat bran with calcium “Lito” with the following ingredients in kg per 1000 gave the finished product:

natural honey 2.0-3.0 sodium bicarbonate 0.2-1.2 Lactulose concentrate "Lazet" 2.0-3.0,

The proposed vodka "RESISTANT HABIT" is produced as follows.

The following ingredients are used for the production of vodka: rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" according to GOST R 51652-2000; drinking water in accordance with GOST R 51232-98 and SanPiN 2.1.4.559-96 with a hardness of up to 1 mol / m ³ for natural un softened water and up to 0.2 mol / m ³ for corrected water; natural honey according to GOST 19792-01; Lazulose concentrate Lazet according to TU 9229-003-39185375-99; crispy wheat bran with calcium "Lito" according to TU 9295-009-50554590-02; sodium bicarbonate in accordance with GOST 2156-76; refined sugar in accordance with GOST 22-94; crushed active charcoal grade BAU-A according to GOST 6217-74.

The contents of the finished vat are thoroughly mixed, the fortress is checked. When deviating from the standard for strength, vodka is corrected by adding alcohol or water, followed by mixing and checking the strength.

Ready vodka is sent for bottling with mandatory control filtration.

The proposed vodka can increase the content of biologically active substances and calcium contained in bran with calcium, reduce its toxicity through the use of lactulose concentrate, and also increase the organoleptic and physico-chemical characteristics of the finished product through the use of sodium bicarbonate, softening the taste of vodka and affecting it alkalinity, and calcium. Vodka has a mild taste and against the background of a vodka aroma there is a subtle aroma and a barely perceptible aftertaste of milk caramel. Tasting score - 9.65.
