Claims (27)
1. Автоинъектор для введения лекарственного средства, содержащий:
корпус;
приемник картриджа, выполненный с возможностью приема картриджа, содержащего первый уплотнитель;
приводной модуль, соединенный с возможностью перемещения штока плунжера между втянутым положением штока плунжера и выдвинутым положением штока плунжера, при этом шток плунжера выполнен с возможностью перемещения первого уплотнителя;
датчик сопротивления, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения сигнала сопротивления, указывающего сопротивление перемещению штока плунжера; и
блок обработки данных, соединенный с приводным модулем и с датчиком сопротивления,
при этом блок обработки данных выполнен с возможностью:
управления приводным модулем для перемещения штока плунжера в направлении выдвинутого положения штока плунжера со скоростью движения штока плунжера;
определения текущего положения штока плунжера;
приема сигнала сопротивления; и
причем блок обработки выполнен с возможностью управления приводным модулем для регулировки перемещения штока плунжера, если сигнал сопротивления указывает на то, что сопротивление перемещению штока плунжера превышает верхний порог сопротивления.
2. Автоинъектор по п.1, в котором регулировка перемещения штока плунжера содержит уменьшение скорости штока плунжера.
3. Автоинъектор по п. 1, в котором регулировка перемещения штока плунжера содержит остановку перемещения штока плунжера.
4. Автоинъектор по п. 1, в котором регулировка перемещения штока плунжера содержит перемещение штока плунжера во втянутое положение штока плунжера.
5. Автоинъектор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, содержащий датчик кода, выполненный с возможностью считывания кодовой характеристики картриджа, при этом блок обработки данных соединен с датчиком кода, при этом блок обработки данных выполнен с возможностью приема с датчика кода кодового сигнала, указывающего кодовую характеристику картриджа, и определения верхнего порога сопротивления на основании кодовой характеристики картриджа.
6. Автоинъектор по п. 5, в котором блок обработки выполнен с возможностью определения первого положения штока плунжера на основании кодового сигнала.

8. Автоинъектор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором датчик сопротивления выполнен с возможностью определения электрического тока, проходящего через приводной модуль.
9. Автоинъектор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором датчик сопротивления выполнен с возможностью измерения давления и/или силы, приложенной к переднему концу штока плунжера.
10. Автоинъектор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, содержащий тахометр, выполненный с возможностью выдачи сигнала тахометра, указывающего число оборотов приводного модуля, при этом блок обработки данных соединен с тахометром, при этом блок обработки данных выполнен с возможностью приема сигнала тахометра и определения положения штока плунжера на основе сигнала тахометра.
11. Система, содержащая автоинъектор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, и картридж, содержащий первый уплотнитель, при этом картридж выполнен с возможностью приема в приемник картриджа.
12. Способ управления автоинъектором, при этом способ содержит:
прием картриджа, содержащего первый уплотнитель;
перемещение штока плунжера в направлении выдвинутого положения штока плунжера;
определение текущего положения штока плунжера;
прием сигнала сопротивления, характеризующего сопротивление перемещению штока плунжера;
регулировку перемещения штока плунжера, если сигнал сопротивления указывает на то, что сопротивление перемещению штока плунжера превышает верхний порог сопротивления.
