- the display unit 35 is displayed with a message “Ready for injection. Touch the tip with the skin and press the medicine injection button”, and the piston drive motor 10 Is temporarily stopped.
- the puncturing operation is started.
- the puncturing operation is performed by driving the puncture / needle removal drive motor 12.
- the puncture operation means that the injection needle 14 protrudes from the injection needle retracting / opening portion 1 by moving the drug syringe mounting portion 3 toward the injection needle retracting / opening portion 1 side by driving the puncture / extraction needle drive motor 12. Indicates the action to be performed.
- the injection needle 14 moves toward the human body and pierces the human body, so that the preparatory operation before the drug injection (puncture) Operation) is completed.
- the pushing speed V4 of the separation packing 18 by the piston drive motor 10 is switched to be faster than the pushing speed V3 (V4> V3).
- the moving distance from the position L3 to the position L4 indicates the moving distance until the separation packing 18 reaches the inclined portion of the tip of the drug syringe 4 as shown in FIG. 9 (f).
- the position information of the movement distance L4 is set in the memory 46 in advance.
- FIG. 8 is a graph showing the operating state during mixing of the drug injection device.
- the vertical axis indicates the applied voltage (value) to a motor driver (not shown) for driving the piston drive motor 10, and the horizontal axis indicates the front end position or rear end position of the separation packing 18, respectively. , V2, V3, and V4).
- the push-in speed changes the voltage value of the piston speed control signal (for example, V1 and V4 are 1.0 volts, V2 is 0.8 volts, and V3 is 0.7 volts). To be determined. Then, in the process of moving the piston 5, the pushing speed V2 when the liquid agent 20 passes through the bypass passage 21 is slower than the initial pushing speed V1, and the pushing speed V3 when releasing the air is slower than the pushing speed V2. Further, it can be seen that the pushing speed V4 at the time of injecting the drug is faster than the pushing speed V3.
- V1 and V4 are 1.0 volts
- V2 is 0.8 volts
- V3 is 0.7 volts
- a waiting time for selecting an operation on the user side can be allocated between V2 and V3 and between V3 and V4 as necessary.
- the mixing operation is temporarily stopped and the pushing speed can be set to “0”, respectively, and is generally set as such.
- the position information of L0, L1, L2, L3, and L4 indicates which position in the medicine syringe 4 the front end position or the rear end position of the separation packing 18 is.
- the above-described control may be performed according to the movement distance.
- the drug injection device of the present embodiment pushes the pushing speed V2 when the separation packing 18 passes through the bypass path 21 until the separation packing 18 contacts the bypass path 21 during the drug mixing operation. It controls so that it may become slower than the pushing speed V1 at the time.
- the liquid agent 20 can gently flow into the solid agent 19 side via the bypass 21.
- liquid leakage from the tip packing 16 side can be reduced during drug mixing, and the user can easily operate the drug injection device without contaminating the surrounding area with the drug and keeping the environment clean. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately and safely perform the automatic drug mixing operation.
- the drug formed by dissolving the solid agent 19 in the liquid agent 20 can be injected all at once as shown in FIG. 9 (f). .
- a predetermined amount of the medicine obtained in this way is injected into several days every day.
- the medicine syringe 4 with the medicine remaining is removed from the medicine syringe mounting part 3 and stored in, for example, a refrigerator.
- the main characteristic part in this embodiment is that a warning is displayed for this storage.
- FIG. 10 shows the flow of control in the case where the medicine in the medicine syringe 4 is injected several times every day as described above. Note that a program for performing the control shown in FIG.
- each injection amount is stored in the memory 46 and is determined by the movement amount of the piston 5.
- the amount of movement of the piston 5 is detected by the encoder 26.
- the remaining amount of medicine in the medicine syringe 4 is detected. Regarding the detection of the remaining amount of the medicine, it is possible to detect whether or not the medicine remains in the medicine syringe 4 based on the movement amount of the piston 5.
- a warning message “Please remove the medicine syringe” is displayed on the display unit 35 in S39.
- the above-mentioned warning “Please remove the drug syringe” is displayed on the display unit 35.
- the medicine mounting determination is performed again. Again, by confirming the warning display, as described above, when the drug syringe 4 is removed from the drug syringe mounting part 3 together with the syringe cover 25, the power is turned off in S41. At this time, the piston 5 is held at that position, and at the next injection of the medicine, the predetermined amount of medicine can be injected again by driving the push-in packing 17 from that position by a predetermined amount.
- the power button 31 when the power button 31 is pressed in S44, the power can be turned off in S45 even if the drug syringe 4 is not removed from the drug syringe mounting part 3.
- the encoder 26 is used to configure the drug remaining amount detection unit.
- the remaining amount of medicine in the medicine syringe 4 can be detected by the remaining amount of medicine detection unit (encoder 26).
- the medicine remaining amount detection unit (encoder 26) confirms that the medicine is present in the medicine syringe 4, that is, the medicine remains
- the medicine syringe mounting part 3 displays on the display unit 35. A warning display prompting to remove the medicine syringe 4 is performed.
- the medicine syringe 4 is removed from the medicine syringe mounting part 3, and the user is prompted to store it in the refrigerator, for example. Can be urged. As a result, the medicine syringe 4 can be appropriately managed.
- the drug injection device of the present invention removes the drug syringe from the drug syringe mounting part and stores it in a refrigerator, for example, if the drug remains in the drug syringe by displaying a warning on the display unit. As a result, it is possible to prompt the user, and as a result, it is possible to appropriately manage the drug syringe. Therefore, it is widely used in fields such as drug injection devices that require a drug mixing operation. It is expected to spread.
