Claims (20)
1. Реакционный сосуд для проведения полимеразной цепной реакции, содержащий
подложку;
канал для перемещения образца, выполненный на подложке;
отверстие ввода образца для введения образца внутрь канала;
пару воздушных коммуникационных отверстий, обеспеченных на соответствующих концах канала; и
область термического цикла, служащую для обеспечения воздействия термического цикла на образец, расположенную между указанной парой воздушных коммуникационных отверстий в канале,
причем канал содержит множество каналов ответвления между областью термического цикла и по меньшей мере одним из указанных воздушных коммуникационных отверстий,
причем область термического цикла содержит первую температурную область, в которой поддерживается первая температура, и вторую температурную область, в которой поддерживается вторая температура, которая выше первой температуры,
при этом указанное множество каналов ответвления расположено между второй температурной областью и воздушным коммуникационным отверстием на стороне второй температурной области,
причем вторая температурная область и воздушное коммуникационное отверстие, расположенное на стороне второй температурной области, сообщаются друг с другом через указанное множество каналов ответвления, расположенное между ними,
причем канал в области термического цикла разветвляется на указанное множество каналов ответвления в точке разветвления,
при этом расстояние между указанной точкой разветвления и второй температурной областью меньше, чем расстояние между указанной точкой разветвления и первой температурной областью.
2. Реакционный сосуд по п. 1, в котором расстояние между по меньшей мере одним из указанного множества каналов ответвления и второй температурной областью меньше, чем расстояние между другим каналом ответвления и второй температурной областью.
3. Реакционный сосуд по п. 1 или 2,
в котором каждый из указанного множества каналов ответвления имеет изогнутую часть, и
изогнутая часть по меньшей мере одного из указанного множества каналов ответвления имеет радиус кривизны больше радиуса кривизны изогнутых частей других каналов ответвления.
4. Реакционное устройство для проведения полимеразной цепной реакции, содержащее
реакционный сосуд по любому из пп. 1-3;
температурный регулятор для регулирования температуры области термического цикла; и
систему подачи жидкости, осуществляющую перемещение и остановку образца в канале для перемещения образца.
