Claims (13)
1. Композиция суперконцентрата добавки, содержащая (А) полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимерный носитель и набор добавок, содержащий продукт реакции (В) кислотного катализатора конденсации и (С) вторичного диариламина формулы (I): (R1-Ar)2NH (I), где каждый Ar представляет собой бензол-1,4-диил, или оба Ar связаны друг с другом и вместе с NH формулы (I) представляют собой карбазол-3,6-диил; и каждый R1 независимо представляет собой (С1-С20)гидрокарбил; причем (А) составляет от 50 до 99 массовых процентов (мас. %), а набор добавок составляет от 1 до 50 мас. % от общей массы (100,00 мас. %) данной композиции суперконцентрата добавки; причем указанная композиция суперконцентрата добавки не содержит сополимера этилена с силаном.

Композиция суперконцентрата добавки по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что (А) полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимерный носитель состоит по существу из: (i) полукристаллического полиэтилена средней плотности; (ii) полукристаллического полиэтилена высокой плотности; (iii) полукристаллического полипропилена; (iv) полукристаллического сополимера этилена с пропиленом; (v) полукристаллического сополимера этилена с альфа-олефином; (vi) комбинации любых двух или более из (i), (ii) и (v); (vii) (А) полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимерный носитель имеет степень кристалличности от 50 до <100 мас. %; или (viii) любое из ограничений от (i) до (vi) и (А) полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимерный носитель имеет степень кристалличности от 50 до <100 мас. %.

Композиция суперконцентрата добавки по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что (A) полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимерный носитель имеет (i) плотность по меньшей мере 0,925 г/см3 и представляет собой полиэтилен, или плотность от 0,89 до 0,90 г/см3 и представляет собой полипропилен; (ii) степень кристалличности по меньшей мере 50 мас. % и представляет собой полиэтилен; (iii) индекс текучести расплава (ПТР) от 0,1 до 20 грамм в течение 10 минут (г/10 мин) при 190°С/2,16 кг нагрузке и представляет собой полиэтилен, или показатель текучести расплава (ПТР) от 0,5 до 50 г/10 мин при 230°С/2,16 кг нагрузке и представляет собой полипропилен; (iv) молекулярно-массовое распределение (ММР), которое является мономодальным; (v) ММР, которое является бимодальным; (vi) оба (i) и (ii); (vii) оба (i) и (iii); (viii) оба (ii) и (iii); (ix) (iv) и по меньшей мере один из (i) - (iii); или (x) (v) и по меньшей мере один из (i) - (iii).
4. Композиция суперконцентрата добавки по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что: (i) продукт реакции (B) и (C) содержит соль, образованную кислотно-основной реакцией (B) и (C); (ii) набор добавок дополнительно содержит непрореагировавший (B), но не непрореагировавший (C); (iii) набор добавок дополнительно содержит непрореагировавший (C), но не непрореагировавший (B); или (iv) набор добавок дополнительно содержит непрореагировавший (B) и непрореагировавший (C).
5. Композиция суперконцентрата добавки по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что (B) кислотный катализатор конденсации представляет собой (i) органосульфоновую кислоту, органофосфоновую кислоту, или галогеноводород; (ii) органосульфоновую кислоту; (iii) алкилзамещенную арилсульфоновую кислоту; (iv) алкилзамещенную арилсульфоновую кислоту с 1 или 2 (С5-С20)алкильными заместителями и 1 ароматической группой, которая представляет собой фенил или нафтил; (v) (C1-C5)алкилфосфоновую кислоту, в которой (C1-C5)алкил является незамещенным или замещен одной -NH2 группой; (vi) HF, HCl или HBr; или (vii) комбинацию любых двух или более из (i) - (vi).
6. Композиция суперконцентрата добавки по любому из пп. 1-5, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере одну добавку, выбранную из: (D) одного или двух вторых антиоксидантов, каждый из которых имеет структуру, отличную от формулы (I) и от структуры другого; (E) технологической добавки; (F) красителя; (G) деактиватора металлов; (Н) гидролизуемого силана без ненасыщенных углерод-углеродных связей; (I) ингибитора коррозии; и (J) комбинации любых двух или более добавок (D) - (I).
7. Композиция суперконцентрата добавки по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что (А) полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимерный носитель содержит по существу ограничение (viii) и имеет степень кристалличности от 58 до 78 мас. %.
8. Влагоотверждаемая полиолефиновая композиция, содержащая композицию суперконцентрата добавки по любому из пп. 1-7 и полиолефиновый форполимер с гидролизуемыми силильными функциональными группами; причем в полиолефиновом форполимере с гидролизуемыми силильными функциональными группами: (i) каждая гидролизуемая силильная группа независимо представляет собой одновалентную группу формулы (II): (R2)m(R3)3-mSi- (II); где индекс m представляет собой целое число 1, 2 или 3; каждый R2 независимо представляет собой H, HO-, (C1-C6)алкокси, (C2-C6)карбокси, ((C1-C6)алкил)2N-, (C1-C6)алкил(H)C=NO-, или ((С1-С6)алкил)2C=NO-; и каждый R3 независимо представляет собой (C1-C6)алкил или фенил; (ii) основой полиолефина является полиэтилен, сополимер этилена с (С3-С40)альфа-олефином, или их комбинация; или (iii) оба (i) и (ii).
9. Способ изготовления влагоотверждаемой полиолефиновой композиции, включающий смешение полиолефинового форполимера с гидролизуемыми силильными функциональными группами и измельченной твердой формы композиции суперконцентрата добавки по любому из пп. 1-7 для получения смеси; и плавление или экструдирование данной смеси для изготовления влагоотверждаемой полиолефиновой композиции.
10. Отвержденная влагой полиолефиновая композиция, которая является продуктом отверждения влагой влагоотверждаемой полиолефиновой композиции по п. 8, или композиции, изготовленной способом по п. 9, для получения отвержденной влагой полиолефиновой композиции.
11. Изготовленное изделие, содержащее сформованную деталь из отвержденной влагой полиолефиновой композиции по п. 10.
12. Проводник с покрытием, содержащий проводящий сердечник и полимерный слой, по меньшей мере частично окружающий проводящий сердечник, причем по меньшей мере часть полимерного слоя содержит отвержденную влагой полиолефиновую композицию по п. 10.
13. Способ проведения электричества, способ, включающий подачу напряжения на проводящий сердечник проводника с покрытием по п. 12 для создания электрического тока через проводящий сердечник.
