Claims (15)
1. Способ фосфатирования металлической поверхности, отличающийся тем, что металлическую поверхность, при необходимости после очистки и/или активации, обрабатывают кислотной, водной, по существу не содержащей никель фосфатирующей композицией, которая содержит ионы цинка, ионы марганца, ионы железа(III) и фосфатные ионы, и после этого при необходимости промывают и/или сушат.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что металлическая поверхность по меньшей мере частично является оцинкованной.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2 отличающийся тем, что содержание ионов железа(III) в фосфатирующей композиции находится в пределах от 1 до 200 мг/л, предпочтительно от 5 до 100 мг/л и особенно предпочтительно от 5 до 20 мг/л.
4. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что фосфатирующая композиция содержит от 0,3 до 3,0 г/л ионов цинка, от 0,3 до 2,0 г/л ионов марганца, а также от 8 до 25 г/л фосфатных ионов (в пересчете на Р2O5).
5. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что фосфатирующая композиция содержит от 30 до 250 мг/л свободного фторида.
6. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что фосфатирующая композиция содержит от 0,5 до 3 г/л комплексного фторида.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что комплексный фторид представляет собой тетрафторборат (BF4 -) и/или гексафторосиликат (SiF6 2-).
8. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что фосфатирующая композиция включает свободную кислоту в пределах от 0,3 до 2,0, свободную кислоту (разбавленную) в пределах от 0,5 до 8, общее содержание кислоты по Фишеру в пределах от 12 до 28, общее содержание кислоты в пределах от 12 до 45 и имеет показатель кислотности в пределах от 0,01 до 0,2.
9. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что фосфатирующая композиция содержит Н2О2 в качестве ускорителя.
10. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что фосфатирующая композиция содержит менее чем 1 г/л, предпочтительно менее чем 0,1 г/л и особенно предпочтительно от 0,05 до 0,1 г/л нитрата.
11. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что ионы железа(III) добавляют к фосфатирующей композиции до стандартизации свободной кислоты.
12. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что уже обработанную фосфатирующей композицией, следовательно, покрытую, металлическую поверхность при необходимости промывают и/или сушат, однако после этого не обрабатывают водной композицией для дополнительного промывания, в особенности не содержащей по меньшей мере один вид ионов металлов и/или по меньшей мере один полимер.
13. Кислотная, водная, по существу не содержащая никель, фосфатирующая композиция для фосфатирования металлической поверхности по одному из предыдущих пунктов.
14. Концентрат, из которого посредством разбавления с приемлемым растворителем в диапазоне от 1 до 100 и при необходимости добавления модифицирующего значение рН вещества можно получить фосфатирующую композицию по п. 13.
15. Покрытая фосфатом металлическая поверхность, отличающаяся тем, что она может быть получена способом по одному из пп. 1-12.
