Claims (50)

1. Клеевая композиция, содержащая:
эпокси-соединение; и
соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере одну аминимидную функциональную группу, где соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере одну аминимидную функциональную группу, реагирует с эпокси-соединением при активации внешним источником энергии; где соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере одну аминимидную функциональную группу присутствует в количестве 2-8% мас. в расчете на общую массу клеевой композиции.
2. Клеевая композиция по п. 1, содержащая:
эпокси-соединение; и
полимерное соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере две аминимидные функциональные группы, где указанное полимерное соединение реагирует с эпокси-соединением при активации внешним источником энергии; где указанное полимерное соединение присутствует в количестве 2-8% мас. в расчете на общую массу клеевой композиции.
3. Клеевая композиция по п. 2, в которой полимерное соединение представляет собой продукт реакции реагентов, включающих полиэпоксид, гидразин, содержащий трехвалентный азот, и реагент, содержащий карбонильную группу.
4. Клеевая композиция по п. 1, содержащая:
эпокси-соединение; и
мономерное соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере одну аминимидную функциональную группу, где указанное мономерное соединение реагирует с эпокси-соединением при активации внешним источником энергии; где указанное мономерное соединение присутствует в количестве 2-8% мас. в расчете на общую массу клеевой композиции.
5. Клеевая композиция по п. 4, в которой мономерное соединение представляет собой продукт реакции реагентов, включающих моноэпоксид, гидразин, содержащий трехвалентный азот, и реагент, содержащий карбонильную группу.
6. Клеевая композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащая соль амидина.
7. Клеевая композиция по п. 1, содержащая:
эпокси-соединение;
аминимид-содержащее соединение, присутствующее в количестве от 2 до 8% мас. в расчете на общую массу клеевой композиции; и
продукт реакции реагентов, включающих амидин и второй компонент,
где эпокси-соединение, аминимид-содержащее соединение и указанный продукт реакции реагируют при активации внешним источником энергии.
8. Клеевая композиция по п. 7, в которой аминимид представляет собой продукт реакции полиэпоксида и/или моноэпоксида, гидразина, содержащего трехвалентный азот, и реагента, содержащего карбонильную группу.
9. Клеевая композиция по п. 7 или 8, в которой второй компонент включает фенол.
10. Клеевая композиция по любому из пп. 7-9, в которой второй компонент включает угольную кислоту, соль угольной кислоты, карбонат или их комбинации.
11. Способ получения склеенной подложки, включающий:
нанесение клеевой композиции по любому из предшествующих пунктов на первую подложку;
контакт второй подложки с клеевой композицией, таким образом, что клеевая композиция находится между первой подложкой и второй подложкой; и
отверждение клеевой композиции.
12. Клей, содержащий композицию по любому из предшествующих пунктов в затвердевшем состоянии.
13. Способ получения аминимида, включающий:
реакцию (a) эпокси-соединения, (b) гидразинового соединения, содержащего трехвалентный азот, и (c) ангидрид-функционального вещества при температуре выше 20oC с образованием аминимидного вещества или (d) циклического соединения, содержащего карбонильную группу и по меньшей мере один гетероатом, расположенный в альфа-положении к карбонильной группе, при температуре выше 20oC с образованием аминимида, где по меньшей мере одно из (a) эпокси-соединения и (c) ангидрид-функционального вещества или (d) циклического соединения является полимерным соединением.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором (c) ангидрид-функциональное вещество представляет собой сополимер октена и малеинового ангидрида, децена и малеинового ангидрида, октадецена и малеинового ангидрида или их комбинации.
15. Способ по п. 13, в котором (d) циклическое соединение имеет формулу (I):

где R1 представляет собой O или C, R2 представляет собой O, S или N, n = 0 или 1, m = 1-3, X = H или (CH2)pCH3, и p = 0-15.
16. Способ по п. 13 или 15, в котором (d) циклическое соединение представляет собой капролактон, капролактам, этилен карбонат, пропилен карбонат, бутилен карбонат или их комбинации.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 13-16, в котором аминимид по существу не содержит алканола.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 13-17, в котором аминимид содержит кислотную функциональную группу.
19. Аминимид, полученный способом по любому из пп. 13-18.
20. Аминимид по п. 19, имеющий одну из приведенных ниже формул:
