Claims (29)

1. Способ непрерывного изготовления панелей на основе гипса, включающий
образование смеси, содержащей штукатурный гипс, мигрирующий крахмал, стеклянные волокна и воду;
отливку смеси в непрерывную полосу;
выдерживание полосы в условиях, достаточных для образования из штукатурного гипса сцепленной матрицы затвердевшего гипса;
нарезку полосы с образованием одной или более влажных заготовок панели; и
сушку влажной заготовки панели с образованием одной или более панелей на основе гипса;
где массовое соотношение между водой и штукатурным гипсом в смеси составляет менее 0,7;
количество штукатурного гипса в смеси составляет более 60 мас.% относительно общего содержания твердых веществ в смеси;
количество крахмала в смеси составляет более 3 мас.% относительно штукатурного гипса;
количество стеклянных волокон в смеси составляет более 1 мас.% относительно штукатурного гипса; и
плотность панели на основе гипса составляет более 700 кг/м3.
2. Способ по п. 1, где массовое соотношение между водой и штукатурным гипсом в смеси составляет менее 0,65, предпочтительно менее 0,6, более предпочтительно менее 0,55.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где смесь дополнительно содержит флюидизирующее вещество.
4. Способ по п. 3, где флюидизирующее вещество представляет собой одно из флюидизирующего вещества на основе поликарбоксилата, флюидизирующего вещества, представляющего собой фосфатированный поликонденсат, и флюидизирующего вещества на основе нафталинсульфоната.
5. Способ по п. 3 или 4, где количество флюидизирующего вещества составляет по меньшей мере 0,1 мас.% относительно штукатурного гипса.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, дополнительно включающий перед стадией образования смеси стадию подготовки штукатурного гипса посредством его обжига для уменьшения степени образования микротрещин в штукатурном гипсе.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, где средняя длина стеклянных волокон составляет 3-12 мм.
8. Способ по п. 7, где средний диаметр стеклянных волокон составляет 5-50 мкм.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, где количество крахмала составляет по меньшей мере 5 мас.% относительно штукатурного гипса.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, где крахмал представляет собой крахмал, разбавленный кислотой, или окисленный крахмал.
11. Суспензия штукатурного гипса для применения в непрерывном способе изготовления панели на основе гипса, имеющей плотность по меньшей мере 700 кг/м3, содержащая
штукатурный гипс, предварительно нежелатинизированный мигрирующий крахмал, стеклянные волокна и воду;
где массовое соотношение между водой и штукатурным гипсом в смеси составляет менее 0,7;
количество штукатурного гипса в суспензии составляет более 60 мас.% относительно общего содержания твердых веществ в суспензии;
количество крахмала в суспензии составляет более 3 мас.% относительно штукатурного гипса;
количество стеклянных волокон в суспензии составляет более 1 мас.% относительно штукатурного гипса.
12. Панель, имеющая сердечник на основе гипса, содержащий гипсовую матрицу, в которую внедрены предварительно нежелатинизированный мигрирующий крахмал в количестве по меньшей мере 3 мас.% относительно гипса и стеклянные волокна в количестве по меньшей мере 1 мас.% относительно гипса, где панель имеет максимальный размер более 1 м,
где плотность сердечника на основе гипса составляет более 700 кг/м3, и количество гипса в сердечнике на основе гипса составляет более 60 мас.%,
а также где общий объем пустот, заполненных водой, в сердечнике на основе гипса меньше общего объема гипса в сердечнике панели.
