前記石膏系パネルの密度は700kg/m3より大きいこと

前記澱粉は、前記化粧漆喰に対して3質量%を超える量が前記化粧漆喰スラリー中に存在し、
前記ガラス繊維は、前記化粧漆喰に対して1質量%を超える量が前記化粧漆喰スラリー中に存在する、ことを特徴とする。
前記石膏系芯材の密度が700kg/m3より大きく、前記石膏系芯材の石膏の量が60質量%より多く、かつ、

Claims (12)
- 石膏系パネルを連続的に形成するための方法であって
化粧漆喰、拡散性澱粉、ガラス繊維、及び水を含む混合物を形成するステップと、
前記混合物を流し、切れ目なくつながるバンドに成形するステップと、
前記化粧漆喰が凝結した石膏の継ぎ目基材を形成することができる条件下で前記バンドを維持するステップと、
一つ又は複数の湿ったパネル前駆体を形成するために前記バンドを切断するステップと、そして、
一つ又は複数の石膏系パネルを形成するために前記湿ったパネル前駆体を乾燥させるステップと、を含み、
前記混合物中の水の対化粧漆喰重量比が0.7未満であり、
前記化粧漆喰が、前記混合物中の全固体含量に対して、前記混合物中に60質量%を超える量だけ存在し、
前記拡散性澱粉は、前記混合物中に、前記化粧漆喰に対して3質量%を超える量だけ存在し、
前記ガラス繊維は、前記混合物中に、前記化粧漆喰に対して1質量%を超える量だけ存在し、そして、
前記石膏系パネルの密度は700kg/m3より大きいこと

前記非アルファ化拡散性澱粉は、前記化粧漆喰に対して3質量%を超える量だけ前記化粧漆喰スラリー中に存在し、
前記ガラス繊維は、前記化粧漆喰に対して1質量%を超える量だけ前記化粧漆喰スラリー中に存在すること
を特徴とする、化粧漆喰スラリー。 - 石膏系芯材を有するパネルであって、該石膏系芯材は石膏基材を含み、該石膏基材は、石膏に対して少なくとも3質量%の量の非アルファ化拡散性澱粉と、前記石膏に対して少なくとも1質量%の量のガラス繊維とが混入され、前記パネルは1mを超える最大寸法を有し、
前記石膏系芯材の密度が700kg/m3より大きく、前記石膏系芯材中の前記石膏の量が60質量%より多く、
さらに、前記石膏系芯材中の水分孔の総体積は、前記パネルの前記石膏系芯材内の前記石膏の総体積よりも小さいこと
