um método para formar continuamente painéis à base de gesso de alta resistência de fixação compreende as etapas de: ? formar uma mistura compreendendo estuque, amido migratório não pré-gelatinizado, fibra de vidro, fluidificante e água; ? fundir a mistura em uma banda contínua; ? manter a banda sob condições suficientes para que o estuque forme uma matriz de interligação de gesso consolidado; ? cortar a banda para formar um ou mais precursores do painel úmido; e ? secar o precursor do painel úmido para formar um ou mais painéis à base de gesso. ? a razão em peso de água para estuque na mistura é menor que 0,7; ? o estuque está presente na mistura em uma quantidade acima de 60% em peso em relação ao teor total de sólidos da mistura; ? o amido está presente na mistura em uma quantidade acima de 3% em relação ao estuque; ? a fibra de vidro está presente na mistura em uma quantidade acima de 1% em peso em relação ao estuque; ? o fluidificante está presente na mistura em uma quantidade de pelo menos 0,1% em peso em relação ao estuque; e a densidade do painel à base de gesso é maior que 700 kg/m.
