Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la fabricación continua de una composición para su uso en un producto de construcción que comprende: a) proporcionar una cámara de reacción del mezclador; b) alimentar continuamente materiales constituyentes predeterminados en la cámara de reacción del mezclador; c) mezclar continuamente los materiales constituyentes predeterminados dentro de dicha cámara de reacción del mezclador para la producción de una suspensión; d) retirar de la suspensión desde la cámara de reacción del mezclador; y e) utilizar dicha suspensión en la fabricación de un producto de construcción; en el que dichos materiales constituyentes sólidos predeterminados comprenden lo siguiente en intervalos especificados por ciento en peso: MgO: 3,33 a 70,00%, KH₂PO₄: 4,67 a 70,00%, hemihidrato de estuco CaSO₄ · 1/2H₂O: 10,5 a 90,0% y adición de agua: 15 a 60% de los materiales sólidos constituyentes. Reivindicación 10: Una composición de construcción para su uso en un producto de construcción que comprende Estruvita-K (KMgPO₄ · 6H₂O), Singenita (K₂Ca(SO₄)₂ · H₂O) y uno o más de yeso anhidrita, estuco (CaSO₄ · 1/2H₂O) y yeso hidratado (CaSO₄ · 2H₂O), en el que la composición se utiliza para la producción de un material de construcción que tiene un peso ligero, resistencia e integridad. Reivindicación 13: Un panel de placa de construcción para su uso en la construcción de una pared en un edificio en el que por lo menos una de las composiciones de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 10 a 12 esta dispuesta adyacente a por lo menos una de las caras del panel de placa.
