Claims (19)
1. Продукт на основе сульфата кальция, содержащий гипс и устойчивую к усадке добавку, причем устойчивая к усадке добавка представляет собой полифосфат меламина или пирофосфат меламина.
2. Продукт по п. 1, в котором устойчивая к усадке добавка обеспечена в количестве от 0,1 до 20 масс.%.
3. Продукт по п. 2, где устойчивая к усадке добавка обеспечена в количестве от 2 до 5 масс.%.
4. Продукт по любому из пп. 1–3, по существу не содержащий стекловолокно.
5. Продукт по любому из пп. 1-3, дополнительно содержащий ускоритель.
6. Продукт по любому из пп. 1-3, причем продукт представляет листовую сухую штукатурку, панель, плитку, материал для заполнения швов или форму для металлического литья.
7. Продукт по п. 6, причем продукт представляет композитную листовую сухую штукатурку, содержащую сердцевину из гипса и устойчивую к усадке добавку, расположенную между двумя оклеечными листами.
8. Способ формирования продукта на основе сульфата кальция за счет сушки водной суспензии, содержащей полуводный гипс и устойчивую к усадке добавку, причем устойчивая к усадке добавка представляет собой полифосфат меламина или пирофосфат меламина.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором водная суспензия содержит полифосфат меламина в количестве от 0,1 до 20 масс.%.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором водная суспензия содержит полифосфат меламина в количестве от 2 до 5 масс.%.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 8-10, в котором водная суспензия по существу не содержит стекловолокно.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 8–10, в котором водная суспензия дополнительно содержит ускоритель.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 8–10, в котором продукт представляет листовую сухую штукатурку, панель, плитку, материал для заполнения швов или форму для металлического литья.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором продукт представляет собой
композитную листовую сухую штукатурку, и способ включает сушку водной суспензии между двумя оклеечными листами.
15. Применение полифосфата меламина или пирофосфата меламина в качестве добавки в гипсовую матрицу для снижения усадки продукта на основе сульфата кальция во время теплового воздействия.
16. Применение по п. 15, в котором продукт на основе сульфата кальция представляет листовую сухую штукатурку, плитку, панель, материал для заполнения швов или форму для металлического литья.
17. Применение по п. 15 или 16, в котором количество добавки, используемой для снижения усадки, составляет от 0,1 до 20 масс.%.
18. Применение по п. 17, в котором количество добавки, используемой для снижения усадки, составляет от 2 до 5 масс.%.
