Claims (14)
1. Ploča, naznačena time što sadrži:
jezgru od stvrdnutog gipsa postavljenu između dva pokrovna sloja, gdje je jezgra načinjena od suspenzije koja sadrži štukaturu, vodu i najmanje jedan predželatinizirani, djelomično hidrolizirani škrob, gdje hidroliza u najmanju ruku djelomično depolimerizira škrob modificiranjem kiselinom i/ili enzimom, gdje djelomično hidrolizirani škrob ima karakterističnu viskoznost od otprilike 0,02 Pa.s (20 centipoise) do otprilike 0,5 Pa.s (500 centipoise) kada se viskoznost mjeri dok se škrob podvrgava uvjetima prema postupku VMA, kao što je iznijeto u opisu ovog izuma;
gdje je predželatinizirani, djelomično hidrolizirani škrob prisutan u količini od otprilike 0,5% do otprilike 3% u odnosu na težinu štukature, gdje suspenzija zahtijeva povećanje potrošnje vode radi održavanja fluidnosti suspenzije u istoj razini koju bi imala bez škroba koje je manje od povećanja potrošnje vode kojeg zahtijeva inače istovjetna suspenzija koja sadrži škrob s viskoznošću iznad 0,5 Pa.s (500 centipoise) prema postupku VMA;
gdje ploča ima tvrdoću jezgre od najmanje otprilike 5 kg (11 lb), kao što je određeno u skladu s ASTM C473-10,
2. Ploča u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što viskoznost karakteristična za predželatinizirani, djelomično hidrolizirani škrob se kreće od otprilike 0,03 Pa.s (30 centipoise) do otprilike 0,2 Pa.s (200 centipoise) prema postupku VMA.
3. Ploča u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je predželatinizirani, djelomično hidrolizirani škrob djeluje tako da povećava tvrdoću jezgre jezgre od stvrdnutog gipsa u odnosu na jezgru od stvrdnutog gipsa bez škroba.
4. Ploča u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3, naznačena time što je predželatinizirani, djelomično hidrolizirani škrob škrob modificiran kiselinom.
5. Ploča u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačena time što suspenzija ima omjer između vode i štukature od otprilike 0,55 do otprilike 0,8.
6. Ploča u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5, naznačena time što ploča ima gustoću od otprilike 384 kg/m3 (otprilike 24 pcf) do otprilike 561 kg/m3 (otprilike 35 pcf).
7. Ploča u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-6, naznačena time što suspenzija sadrži drugi tip škroba koji (a) nije želatiniziran, (b) je predželatinizirani škrob s karakterističnom viskoznošću ispod 0,02 Pa.s (20 centipoise) prema postupku VMA, ili (c) je predželatinizirani škrob s karakterističnom viskoznošću iznad 0,7 Pa.s (700 centipoise) prema postupku VMA.
8. Ploča u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačena time što drugi tip škroba sadrži alkilirani škrob.
9. Ploča u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8, naznačena time što suspenzija dodatno sadrži najmanje jedno sredstvo za pjenjenje, koje sadrži većinski težinski udio nestabilne komponente i manjinski težinski udio stabilne komponente, gdje količina sredstva za pjenjenje i težinski omjer između nestabilne komponente i stabilne komponente djeluje tako da čini raspodjelu praznina u jezgre od stvrdnutog gipsa.
10. Ploča u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9, naznačena time što suspenzija dodatno sadrži naftalensulfonat kao dispergirajuće sredstvo.
11. Ploča u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10, naznačena time što suspenzija dodatno sadrži natrijev trimetafosfat.
12. Ploča u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-11, naznačena time što, se kada ploču izlijeva u debljini od otprilike 1,3 cm (otprilike 1⁄2 palca), ploča pruža otpor izvlačenju čavala od najmanje otprilike 29,5 kg (otprilike 65 funti), kao što je određeno prema ASTM standardu C473.
13. Suspenzija koja sadrži vodu, štukaturu, te najmanje jedan predželatinizirani, djelomično hidrolizirani škrob, naznačena time što hidroliza u najmanju ruku djelomično depolimerizira škrob modificiranjem kiselinom i/ili enzimom, gdje djelomično hidrolizirani škrob ima karakterističnu viskoznost od otprilike 0,02 Pa.s (20 centipoise) do otprilike 0,5 Pa.s (500 centipoise) kada se viskoznost mjeri dok se škrob podvrgava uvjetima prema postupku VMA, kao što je iznijeto u opisu ovog izuma;
gdje je predželatinizirani, djelomično hidrolizirani škrob prisutan u količini od otprilike 0,5% do otprilike 3% u odnosu na težinu štukature, gdje suspenzija zahtijeva povećanje potrošnje vode radi održavanja fluidnosti suspenzije u istoj razini koju bi imala bez škroba koje je manje od povećanja potrošnje vode kojeg zahtijeva inače istovjetna suspenzija koja sadrži škrob s viskoznošću iznad 0,5 Pa.s (500 centipoise) prema postupku VMA;
gdje kada se suspenziju upotrebljava u proizvodnji jezgre ploče, ploča ima tvrdoću jezgre od najmanje otprilike 5 kg (11 lb), kao što je određeno u skladu s ASTM C473-10,
14. Postupak proizvodnje ploče, naznačen time što se sastoji u:
(a) miješanju u najmanju ruku vode, štukature, te najmanje jednog predželatiniziranog, djelomično hidroliziranog škroba kako bi se dobilo suspenziju, gdje hidroliza u najmanju ruku djelomično depolimerizira škrob modificiranjem kiselinom i/ili enzimom, gdje djelomično hidrolizirani škrob ima karakterističnu viskoznost od otprilike 0,02 Pa.s (20 centipoise) do otprilike 0,5 Pa.s (500 centipoise) kada se viskoznost mjeri prema postupku VMA, kao što je iznijeto u opisu ovog izuma;
gdje je predželatinizirani, djelomično hidrolizirani škrob prisutan u količini od otprilike 0,5% do otprilike 3% u odnosu na težinu štukature; gdje suspenzija zahtijeva povećanje potrošnje vode radi održavanja fluidnosti suspenzije u istoj razini koju bi imala bez škroba koje je manje od povećanja potrošnje vode kojeg zahtijeva inače istovjetna suspenzija koja sadrži škrob s viskoznošću iznad 0,5 Pa.s (500 centipoise) prema postupku VMA;
(b) postavljanju suspenzije između prvog pokrovnog sloja i drugog pokrovnog sloja kako bi se dobilo mokri slog;
(c) rezanju mokrog sloga u ploču; i
(d) sušenju ploče, gdje ploča ima tvrdoću jezgre od najmanje 5 kg (11 lbs), kao što je određeno u skladu s ASTM C473-10.
