Claims (21)
1. Панель, имеющая гипсовую матрицу со следующими внедренными в нее добавками:
стеклянное волокно в количестве более 1 масс. % относительно гипса;
синтетическое полимерное связующее в количестве более 2,5 масс. % относительно гипса;
где массовое соотношение между стеклянным волокном и синтетическим полимерным связующим составляет по меньшей мере 2 части связующего на одну часть волокна;
где количество песка в гипсовой матрице составляет от 0 до 0,5 масс. % относительно гипса;
и также где количество целлюлозного волокна в гипсовой матрице составляет от 0 до 2 масс. % относительно гипса.
2. Панель по п. 1, снабженная облицовочным листом с по меньшей мере одной стороны.
3. Панель по п. 1 или 2, где стеклянное волокно распределено по всей гипсовой матрице.
4. Панель по любому из пп. 1-3, где полимерное связующее представляет собой поливинилацетат.
5. Панель по любому из пп. 1-4, где количество акриловой смолы в гипсовой матрице составляет от 0 до 1 масс. % относительно гипса.
6. Панель по любому из пп. 1-5, где количество карбоната кальция в гипсовой матрице составляет от 0 до 1 масс. % относительно гипса.
7. Панель по любому из пп. 1-6, где общая масса добавок, внедренных в гипсовую матрицу, меньше, чем масса гипса в гипсовой матрице.
8. Панель по любому из пп. 1-7, где количество полимерного связующего составляет более 3,5 масс. %, предпочтительно более 4 масс. %, наиболее предпочтительно более 5 масс. % относительно гипса.
9. Панель по любому из пп. 1-8, где количество стеклянного волокна составляет менее 6 масс. % относительно гипса.
10. Панель по любому из пп. 1-9, где средняя длина стеклянных волокон составляет от 3 до 10 мм.
11. Панель по любому из пп. 1-10, где средний диаметр стеклянных волокон составляет от 5 до 50 мкм.
12. Панель по любому из пп. 1-11, где массовое соотношение между стеклянным волокном и полимерным связующим составляет по меньшей мере 3 части связующего на одну часть волокна, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 4 части связующего на одну часть волокна.
13. Панель по любому из пп. 1-12, по существу не содержащая крахмала или содержащая крахмал в количестве менее 5 масс. % относительно количества синтетического полимерного связующего.
14. Способ изготовления панели по любому из пп. 1-13, включающий стадии обеспечения штукатурной массы, содержащей стеклянные волокна и синтетическое полимерное связующее, и обеспечения схватывания массы,
где количество извести в массе составляет от 0 до 0,5 масс. %;
и также где стадия обеспечения штукатурной массы включает добавление воды к штукатурному гипсу в количестве, менее чем вдвое превышающем массу штукатурного гипса.
