Claims (43)
1. Способ обработки резанием, включающий:
этап обработки резанием, на котором образуют сквозной паз, проходящий от поверхности до обратной поверхности материала заготовки, путем резания материала заготовки режущим инструментом при приведении смазочного материала для облегчения процесса резания в контакт с режущим инструментом и/или обрабатываемым участком материала заготовки, причем
материал заготовки содержит один или более материалов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из металла, армированного волокном пластика, керамики и композиционного материала из них.
2. Способ обработки резанием по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
этап приведения в тесный контакт, на котором предварительно приводят смазочный материал для облегчения процесса резания в тесный контакт с участком, служащим в качестве начальной точки образования сквозного паза, на боковой поверхности материала заготовки.
3. Способ обработки резанием по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
этап приведения в тесный контакт, на котором предварительно приводят смазочный материал для облегчения процесса резания в тесный контакт с участком, на котором должен быть образован сквозной паз, на поверхности и/или обратной поверхности материала заготовки, так что смазочный материал для облегчения процесса резания покрывает участок.
4. Способ обработки резанием по п. 1, в котором
режущий инструмент представляет собой дисковую пилу.
5. Способ обработки резанием по п. 4, дополнительно содержащий:
этап приведения в тесный контакт, на котором предварительно приводят смазочный материал для облегчения процесса резания в тесный контакт с участком, служащим в качестве выхода полотна вращающейся дисковой пилы, на поверхности или обратной поверхности материала заготовки, так что смазочный материал для облегчения процесса резания покрывает участок.
6. Способ обработки резанием по п. 1, в котором
смазочный материал для облегчения процесса резания содержит:
высокомолекулярное соединение (A), имеющее средневесовую молекулярную массу от 5×104 или более до 1×106 или менее;
среднемолекулярное соединение (B), имеющее средневесовую молекулярную массу от 1×103 или более до менее 5×104; и
углерод (C), имеющий средний размер частиц 100 мкм или более.
7. Способ обработки резанием по п. 6, в котором
углерод (C) имеет чешуйчатую форму.
8. Способ обработки резанием по п. 6, в котором
высокомолекулярное соединение (A) содержит термопластичную смолу, имеющую средневесовую молекулярную массу от 5×104 или более до 1×106 или менее, и
среднемолекулярное соединение (B) содержит термопластичную смолу, имеющую средневесовую молекулярную массу от 1×103 или более до 2×104 или менее.
9. Способ обработки резанием по п. 6, в котором
высокомолекулярное соединение (A) содержит водорастворимую термопластичную смолу и/или водонерастворимую термопластичную смолу, причем
водорастворимая термопластичная смола представляет собой одну или более смол, выбранных из группы, состоящей из соединения полиалкиленоксида, соединения полиалкиленгликоля, сложного эфирного соединения полиалкиленгликоля, простого эфирного соединения полиалкиленгликоля, моностеаратного соединения полиалкиленгликоля, водорастворимого уретана, водорастворимой смолы простого полиэфира, водорастворимого сложного полиэфира, поли(мет)акрилата натрия, полиакриламида, поливинилпирролидона, поливинилового спирта, сахаридов и модифицированного полиамида, и
водонерастворимая термопластичная смола представляет собой одну или более смол, выбранных из группы, состоящей из полимера на основе уретана, полимера на основе акрила, полимера на основе винилацетата, полимера на основе винилхлорида, полимера на основе сложного полиэфира, смолы на основе полистирола и их сополимера.
10. Способ обработки резанием по п. 6, в котором
среднемолекулярное соединение (B) представляет собой одно или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из соединения полиалкиленгликоля, простого моноэфирного соединения полиалкиленоксида, моностеаратного соединения полиалкиленоксида и соединения полиалкиленоксида.
11. Способ обработки резанием по п. 6, в котором
в смазочном материале для облегчения процесса резания
содержание высокомолекулярного соединения (A) составляет от 20 до 60 частей по массе в расчете на 100 частей по массе высокомолекулярного соединения (A), среднемолекулярного соединения (B) и углерода (C) в общем,
содержание среднемолекулярного соединения (B) составляет от 10 до 75 частей по массе в расчете на 100 частей по массе высокомолекулярного соединения (A), среднемолекулярного соединения (B) и углерода (C) в общем, и
содержание углерода (C) составляет от 5 до 70 частей по массе в расчете на 100 частей по массе высокомолекулярного соединения (A), среднемолекулярного соединения (B) и углерода (C) в общем.
12. Способ обработки резанием по п. 1, в котором
смазочный материал для облегчения процесса резания представляет собой лист смазочного материала для облегчения процесса резания, имеющий толщину от 0,1 мм или более до 20 мм или менее.
13. Способ обработки резанием по п. 1, в котором
смазочный материал для облегчения процесса резания имеет адгезивный слой на поверхности, которая должна быть приведена в контакт с материалом заготовки.
14. Способ обработки резанием по п. 13, в котором
адгезивный слой содержит полимер на основе акрила.
15. Способ обработки резанием по п. 1, в котором
материал заготовки представляет собой один или более материалов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из нержавеющей стали, армированного углеродным волокном пластика и композиционного материала, содержащего эти материалы.
16. Способ обработки резанием по п. 1, в котором
материал заготовки представляет собой армированный углеродным волокном пластик, содержащий термопластичную смолу в качестве матричной смолы.
17. Способ изготовления обработанного резанием изделия, содержащий способ обработки резанием по п. 1.
