Claims (12)

1. Композиционный материал, включающий чешуйчатые наполнители, состоящие из неорганического материала и связующей смолы, которая представляет собой термореактивную смолу, которая связывает наполнители,
в котором композиционный материал представляет собой пеноматериал, в котором диспергировано множество полостей, и
в котором наполнители накапливаются на внутренних стенках полостей таким образом, что плоские поверхности наполнителей перекрывают друг друга,
причем соотношение средней длины плоских поверхностей наполнителей и толщины наполнителей находится в интервале от 50 до 500.
2. Композиционный материал по п. 1, в котором полости представляют собой независимые пузырьки и диаметр полостей составляет 1 мкм, или более, и 500 мкм, или менее.
3. Композиционный материал по п. 1, в котором относительный объем полостей, наполняющих композиционный материал, составляет 9 об. %, или более, и 50 об. %, или менее, всего объема композиционного материала.
4. Способ изготовления композиционного материала, включающего чешуйчатые наполнители, состоящие из неорганического материала и связующей смолы, которая представляет собой термореактивную смолу, которая связывает наполнители, способ включающий:
изготовление смеси посредством смешивания наполнителей, связующей смолы, которая представляет собой неотвержденную термореактивную смолу, и пенообразователя, который заставляет связующую смолу вспениваться при меньшей температуре, чем температура отверждения термореактивной смолы; и
нагревание смеси до температуры отверждения или более высокой температуры таким образом, что i) связующая смола вспенивается под действием пенообразователя, и в результате этого наполнители накапливаются на внутренних стенках образованных пенообразователем полостей в связующей смоле, и плоские поверхности наполнителей перекрывают друг друга, и ii) затем связующая смола отверждается,
где в качестве наполнителей используются наполнители, в которых соотношение средней длины плоских поверхностей наполнителей и толщины наполнителей находится в интервале от 50 до 500.
5. Способ изготовления композиционного материала по п. 4, в котором полости представляют собой независимые пузырьки, и связующая смола отверждается таким образом, что диаметр полостей составляет 500 мкм или менее.
6. Способ изготовления композиционного материала по п. 4, в котором пенообразователь смешивается с наполнителями и связующей смолой таким образом, что относительный объем полостей, наполняющих композиционный материал, составляет 9 об. % или более всего объема композиционного материала.
