Claims (34)
1. Стальной лист для термической обработки, имеющий следующий химический состав, в мас.%
C: от 0,05 до 0,50;
Si: от 0,50 до 5,0;
Mn: от 1,5 до 4,0;
P: 0,05 или меньше;
S: 0,05 или меньше;
N: 0,01 или меньше;
Ti: от 0,01 до 0,10;
B: от 0,0005 мас.% до 0,010;
Cr: от 0 до 1,0;
Ni: от 0 до 2,0;
Cu: от 0 до 1,0;
Mo: от 0 до 1,0;
V: от 0 до 1,0;
Ca: от 0 до 0,01;
Al: от 0 до 1,0;
Nb: от 0 до 1,0;
REM: от 0 до 0,1; и
остаток: железо и примеси, причем
максимальная шероховатость Rz поверхности стального листа составляет от 3,0 до 10,0 мкм, и
численная плотность карбида, присутствующего в стальном листе и имеющего диаметр эквивалентного по площади круга 0,1 мкм или больше, составляет 8,0×103 /мм2 или меньше.
2. Стальной лист для термической обработки по п. 1, в котором химический состав содержит один или более элементов, выбираемых из, в мас.%
Cr: от 0,01 до 1,0;
Ni: от 0,1 до 2,0;
Cu: от 0,1 до 1,0;
Mo: от 0,1 до 1,0;
V: от 0,1 до 1,0;
Ca: от 0,001 до 0,01;
Al: от 0,01 до 1,0;
Nb: от 0,01 до 1,0; и
REM: от 0,001 до 0,1.
3. Стальной лист для термической обработки по п. 1 или 2, в котором степень сегрегации Mn α, выражаемая следующей формулой (i), составляет 1,6 или ниже
α=[Максимальная концентрация Mn (мас.%) в центральной части толщины листа]/[Средняя концентрация Mn (мас.%) на глубине 1/4 толщины листа от поверхности]... (i).
4. Стальной лист для термической обработки по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором индекс чистоты стали, определяемый в японском промышленном стандарте JIS G 0555(2003), составляет 0,10% или меньше.
