Claims (34)
1. Изолирующий разъединитель, содержащий:
вал (1);
шкив (4), смонтированный на валу и имеющий несущую приводной ремень поверхность (41), причем несущая приводной ремень поверхность имеет диаметр по шарикам не больше 2A;
муфту (7) одностороннего вращения, смонтированную на валу;
несущий элемент (9) муфты, смонтированный на муфте одностороннего вращения;
торсионную пружину (3), расположенную между несущим элементом муфты и шкивом и нагружаемую в направлении раскрутки;
причем торсионная пружина имеет диаметр не меньше 2B; причем диаметр 2B торсионной пружины больше диаметра 2A несущей приводной ремень поверхности по шарикам.
2. Изолирующий разъединитель по п. 1, смонтированный на ведомом устройстве.
3. Изолирующий разъединитель по п. 1, в котором диаметр торсионной пружины является постоянным по аксиальной длине.
4. Изолирующий разъединитель по п. 1, в котором шкив дополнительно содержит вогнутый участок, установленный рядом с несущей приводной ремень поверхностью, для приема торсионной пружины.
5. Изолирующий разъединитель по п. 1, в котором несущая приводной ремень поверхность представляет собой поверхность под многоручьевой ремень.
6. Изолирующий разъединитель по п. 1, в котором торсионная пружина дополнительно содержит первый конец и второй конец для сцепления с блокировкой несущего элемента муфты и вала.
7. Система ременного привода, содержащая:
изолирующий разъединитель, содержащий:
вал;
шкив, смонтированный на валу и имеющий несущую приводной ремень поверхность шкива, причем несущая приводной ремень поверхность шкива имеет диаметр по шарикам не больше 2A;
муфту одностороннего вращения, смонтированную на валу;
несущий элемент муфты, смонтированный на муфте одностороннего вращения;
торсионную пружину, расположенную между несущим элементом муфты и шкивом и нагруженную в направлении раскрутки;
причем торсионная пружина имеет диаметр не меньше 2B;
причем диаметр 2B торсионной пружины больше диаметра 2A несущей приводной ремень поверхности по шарикам;
причем изолирующий разъединитель смонтирован на ведомой нагрузке; и
ведомая нагрузка приводится во вращение ремнем.
8. Изолирующий разъединитель, содержащий:
вал;
шкив, смонтированный на валу и имеющий несущую приводной ремень поверхность, причем несущая приводной ремень поверхность имеет диаметр по шарикам не больше 2A;
муфту одностороннего вращения, смонтированную на валу;
несущий элемент муфты, смонтированный на муфте одностороннего вращения;
торсионную пружину, расположенную между несущим элементом муфты и шкивом;
причем шкив содержит участок, расположенный рядом с несущей приводной ремень поверхностью, для приема торсионной пружины;
причем торсионная пружина имеет постоянный диаметр не меньше 2B;
причем диаметр 2B торсионной пружины больше диаметра 2A несущей приводной ремень поверхности по шарикам.
9. Изолирующий разъединитель по п. 8, в котором:
торсионная пружина дополнительно содержит первый конец для сцепления с блокировкой с несущим элементом муфты и второй конец для сцепления с блокировкой с валом.
