Abstract

Vorgeschlagen ist ein Riemenscheibenentkoppler (1) zur Antriebsmomentübertragung vom Riemen eines Nebenaggregate-Riementriebs auf die Welle eines der Nebenaggregate, mit: einer Riemenscheibe (2), einer auf der Welle zu befestigenden Nabe (4) und einer im Antriebsmomentfluss zwischen der Riemenscheibe und der Nabe angeordneten Reihenschaltung aus einer Entkopplerfeder (11) und einem Schlingband (10), das sich in Richtung der Drehachse (12) des Riemenscheibenentkopplers erstreckt und radial zwischen der Riemenscheibe und der Entkopplerfeder angeordnet ist. Es sollen sich beide Enden (13,16) des Schlingbands unter Übertragung des Antriebsmoments radial aufweiten, wobei sich das im Antriebsmomentfluss seitens der Riemenscheibe verlaufende erste Schlingbandende (13) gegen den Innenmantel (14) einer ersten Hülse (15, 15', 15'') verspannt, die in der Riemenscheibe drehbefestigt ist, und wobei sich das im Antriebsmomentfluss seitens der Entkopplerfeder verlaufende zweite Schlingbandende (16) gegen den Innenmantel (17) einer zweiten Hülse (18) verspannt, die in der Riemenscheibe drehbar ist.
