Claims (19)
1. Гуманизированное антитело к биотину или его фрагмент, связывающий биотин, включающее:
(a) HVR-H3, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 19,
(b) HVR-H2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 18,
(c) HVR-H1, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 17,
(d) HVR-L3, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 23, и
(e) HVR-L2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 22, и
(f) HVR-L1, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 21.
2. Антитело по п. 1, содержащее в позиции 24 вариабельного домена тяжелой цепи, пронумерованной согласно Kabat, аминокислотный остаток серина и/или содержащее в позиции 73 вариабельного домена тяжелой цепи, пронумерованной согласно Kabat, аминокислотный остаток треонина.
3. Антитело по п. 1, содержащее
(a) VH-последовательность, по меньшей мере на 95% идентичную аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 20;
(b) VL-последовательность, по меньшей мере на 95% идентичную аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 24; или
(c) VH-последовательность как определено в (a) и VL-последовательность как определено в (b),
где аминокислотный остаток в позиции 24 вариабельного домена тяжелой цепи, пронумерованной согласно Kabat, представляет собой серин, и/или аминокислотный остаток в позиции 73 вариабельного домена тяжелой цепи, пронумерованной согласно Kabat, представляет собой треонин.
4. Антитело по п. 2, содержащее VH-последовательность SEQ ID NO: 20.
5. Антитело по любому из пп. 2 или 4, содержащее VL последовательность SEQ ID NO: 24.
6. Гуманизированное антитело к биотину или его фрагмент, связывающий биотин, содержащее VH-последовательность SEQ ID NO: 20 и VL последовательность SEQ ID NO: 24.
7. Антитело по п. 1, являющееся полноразмерным антителом IgG1 или полноразмерным антителом IgG4.
8. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-6, являющееся моноклональным антителом.
9. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-6, представляющее собой фрагмент антитела, связывающий биотин.
