Claims (22)
1. 2. Пленка по п. 1, где нанопоры имеют максимальный осевой размер в диапазоне от приблизительно 100 до приблизительно 5000 нанометров.
3. Пленка по п. 1, где по меньшей мере часть нанопор ориентирована в продольном направлении так, что осевой размер, как правило, проходит в продольном направлении, а размер в поперечном сечении, как правило, проходит в поперечном направлении.
4. Пленка по п. 1, где соотношение сторон нанопор составляет от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 100.
5. Пленка по п. 1, где пористая сеть также содержит множество микропор, которые имеют максимальный размер в поперечном сечении, составляющий приблизительно 0,2 микрометра или больше.
6. Пленка по п. 1, где полиолефиновый матричный полимер имеет показатель текучести расплава, составляющий от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 80 грамм за 10 минут, определенный при нагрузке, составляющей 2160 грамм, и при 230°C в соответствии с ASTM D1238.
7. Пленка по п. 1, где полиолефиновый матричный полимер представляет собой, по сути, изотактический гомополимер или сополимер полипропилена, содержащий по меньшей мере приблизительно 90% по весу пропилена.
8. Пленка по п. 1, где непрерывная фаза составляет от приблизительно 60 вес. % до приблизительно 99 вес. % термопластичной композиции.
9. Пленка по п. 1, где добавка-нановключение представляет собой полиэпоксид.
10. Пленка по п. 1, где соотношение показателя текучести расплава полиолефинового матричного полимера и показателя текучести расплава добавки-нановключения составляет от приблизительно 0,2 до приблизительно 8.
11. Пленка по п. 1, где добавка-нановключение находится в форме наноразмерных доменов, где наноразмерные домены имеют максимальный размер в поперечном сечении, составляющий от приблизительно 1 нанометра до приблизительно 1000 нанометров.
12. Пленка по п. 1, где добавка-нановключение составляет от приблизительно 0,05 вес. % до приблизительно 20 вес. % композиции в пересчете на вес непрерывной фазы.
13. Пленка по п. 1, где композиция дополнительно содержит добавку-микровключение, диспергированную в непрерывной фазе в форме дискретных доменов.
14. Пленка по п. 1, где полимер в добавке-микровключении имеет температуру стеклования, составляющую приблизительно 0°C или больше.
15. Пленка по п. 1, где термопластичная композиция дополнительно содержит модификатор поверхности раздела фаз.
16. Пленка по п. 1, где пленка характеризуется максимальным удлинением в продольном направлении, составляющим приблизительно 50% или больше, и максимальным удлинением в поперечном направлении, составляющим приблизительно 25% или больше.
17. Пленка по п. 1, где пленка характеризуется скоростью проникновения водяного пара, составляющей приблизительно 300 г/м2/24 часа или больше.
18. Пленка по п. 1, где пленка характеризуется значением мутности, составляющим приблизительно 20% или меньше, и/или суммарной светопропускаемостью в диапазоне длин волн 400-800 нанометров, составляющей приблизительно 75% или больше, что определено в соответствии с ASTM D1003-13, процедура A.
19. Слоистый материал, содержащий пленку по п. 1 и дополнительный слой.
20. Способ образования пленки по п. 1, при этом способ предусматривает биаксиальное растягивание пленки в продольном направлении и в поперечном направлении.
21. Способ по п. 20, где пленку растягивают в продольном направлении и поперечном направлении при температуре, ниже температуры плавления матричного полимера.
22. Способ по п. 20, где пленку растягивают в продольном направлении и поперечном направлении до степени растягивания, составляющей от приблизительно 1,1 до приблизительно 5,0.
