Claims (27)

1. Способ формования пористых волокон, при этом способ включает
подачу пучка волокон в вытягивающую систему, содержащую первый бак и второй бак, расположенный ниже по потоку относительно первого бака, причем по меньшей мере часть волокон формуют из термопластичной композиции, содержащей непрерывную фазу, содержащую матричный полимер и добавку-нановключение, диспергированную в непрерывной фазе в виде дискретных доменов, и при этом дополнительно первый бак содержит первую жидкую среду, имеющую первую температуру, и второй бак содержит вторую жидкую среду, имеющую вторую температуру, при этом первая и вторая температуры ниже, чем температура плавления матричного полимера, и первая температура выше, чем вторая температура; и
вытягивание пучка волокон через первый и второй бак, образуя, таким образом, в волокнах поровую сеть, содержащую множество нанопор.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первая жидкая среда и вторая жидкая среда представляют собой воду.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первая температура по меньшей мере на приблизительно 10°C выше второй температуры.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первая температура составляет от приблизительно 20°C до приблизительно 90°C, а вторая температура составляет от приблизительно -10°C до приблизительно 20°C.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первый бак содержит первый и второй вытягивающие валы, погруженные в первую жидкую среду.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что второй бак содержит первый и второй вытягивающие валы, погруженные во вторую жидкую среду.
7. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что вытягивающие валы располагают так, что пучок сходит со второго вытягивающего вала под углом, составляющим приблизительно 180° относительно пучка при начальном контакте с первым вытягивающим валом.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пучок волокон вытягивают до коэффициента от приблизительно 1,1 до приблизительно 25.
9. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пучок содержит приблизительно 5 или более волокон.
10. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что нанопоры имеют средний размер в поперечном сечении приблизительно 800 нанометров или менее.
11. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что матричный полимер имеет показатель текучести расплава, составляющий от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 80 грамм за 10 минут, определенный при нагрузке, составляющей 2160 грамм, и при 230°C в соответствии с ASTM D1238-13.
12. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что матричный полимер представляет собой сложный полиэфир.
13. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что матричный полимер представляет собой полиолефин.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что матричный полимер представляет собой по сути изотактический гомополимер или сополимер полипропилена, содержащий по меньшей мере приблизительно 90% по весу пропилена.
15. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что непрерывная фаза составляет от приблизительно 60 вес. % до приблизительно 99 вес. % термопластичной композиции, а добавка-нановключение составляет от приблизительно 0,05 вес. % до приблизительно 20 вес. % композиции в пересчете на вес непрерывной фазы.
16. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что добавка-нановключение включает функционализированный полиолефин.
17. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что функционализированный полиолефин представляет собой полиэпоксид.
18. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что добавка-нановключение имеет показатель текучести расплава, составляющий от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 100 грамм за 10 минут, определенный при нагрузке 2160 грамм и при температуре, по меньшей мере на приблизительно 40°C превышающей температуру плавления, в соответствии с ASTM D1238-13.
19. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что композиция дополнительно содержит добавку-микровключение, диспергированную в непрерывной фазе в форме дискретных доменов.
20. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что добавка-микровключение представляет собой полимолочную кислоту.
21. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что добавка-микровключение имеет температуру стеклования, составляющую приблизительно 0°C или больше.
22. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что термопластичная композиция дополнительно содержит модификатор поверхности раздела фаз.
23. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что поровая сеть дополнительно содержит микропоры.
24. Нетканое полотно, содержащее пористые волокна, сформованные согласно способу по п. 1.
25. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пучок волокон представляет собой пучок экструдированных волокон.
