Claims (9)
1. Сварное соединение, полученное лазерной сваркой множества наложенных друг на друга металлических листов, содержащее три или более сварных валиков в форме кольца или разомкнутого кольца, причем поверхностная твердость сварных валиков увеличивается в направлении от внутреннего валика к внешнему валику.
2. Способ лазерной сварки, включающий наложение друг на друга множества металлических листов и формирование множества сварных валиков в форме кольца или разомкнутого кольца для сваривания вместе наложенных металлических листов путем облучения лазером, содержащий этапы:
- формирования первого сварного валика в форме кольца или разомкнутого кольца путем облучения лазером, и
- последовательного формирования путем облучения лазером дополнительных двух или более сварных валиков в форме кольца или разомкнутого кольца в направлении изнутри наружу снаружи упомянутого первого сварного валика.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором наружный сварной валик формируют после того, как прошло 0,5 с или более от окончания формирования внутреннего сварного валика.
4. Способ по п. 2 или 3, в котором металлические листы представляют собой стальные листы с содержанием С на уровне 0,65% или менее, причем второй и последующие сварные валики начинают формировать после того, как температура внутреннего валика составила температура Ms - 50°С или менее.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 2-4, в котором первый сварной валик и сварной валик, получаемый снаружи от него, формируют без наложения друг на друга.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 2-4, в котором самый наружный сварной валик формируют с частичным наложением на внутренний сварной валик.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 2-6, в котором сварные валики формируют при помощи дистанционной лазерной сварки.
