Abstract
Предоставлен способ комбинированной сварки, выполняемый путем первого выполнения способа дуговой сварки вольфрамовым электродом и последующего выполнения способа дуговой сварки под флюсом путем поддержания заданного зазора относительно зоны дуговой сварки вольфрамовым электродом. В соответствии со способом комбинированной сварки согласно настоящему изобретению, распространенность сгибания стальной трубы снижено и время сварки сокращено, поскольку сварку внутреннего шва и сварку внешнего шва выполняют одновременно путем поддержания заданного зазора. Кроме этого, поскольку сварку внешнего шва выполняют перед тем, как температура зоны сплавления опускается ниже А1 точки фазового перехода после сварки внутреннего шва, сгибание стальной трубы должным образом контролируется после сварки и, следовательно, время выпрямления в процессе последующей обработки сокращается.
