Abstract

Se proporciona un método de soldadura de combinación que se realiza comenzando con un método de soldadura de arco de tungsteno y continuando con un método de soldadura de arco sumergido manteniendo una distancia de separación predeterminada desde la zona de soldadura de arco de tungsteno. De acuerdo con el método de soldadura de combinación de la presente invención, se reduce la incidencia de doblamiento de un tubo de acero, y se acorta un tiempo de soldadura, ya que la soldadura interior y la soldadura exterior se realizan simultáneamente manteniendo la distancia de separación predeterminada. Además, como la soldadura exterior se realiza antes de que una temperatura del área de fusión esté por debajo de un punto de transformación Al después de la soldadura interior, el doblamiento del tubo de acero se controla adecuadamente después de la soldadura y, por tanto, se acorta el tiempo de enderezamiento en un post-proceso.
