Abstract
El propósito de la presente invención es proveer: una unión soldada por láser que tiene resistencia de unión excepcional, en la que se evita que se agrieten la perlas de soldadura anular durante la soldadura por láser de traslape de una placa de acero en la que se forman las perlas en múltiples capas, la unión que comprende perlas de soldadura únicamente en la cantidad necesaria para resistencia de unión; y para proveer un método de soldadura por láser. La presente invención es una unión soldada por láser que tiene resistencia de unión excepcional, en la que se vita que se agrieten las perlas de soldadura anular durante la soldadura por láser de traslape de una placa de acero en la que se forman las perlas en múltiples capas, la unión que comprende perlas de soldadura únicamente en la cantidad necesaria para resistencia de unión, en donde la unión soldada por láser se caracteriza por manufacturarse por un método provisto con un paso para aplicar una pluralidad de placas de metal y que forma una primera perla de soldadura por irradiación por láser, y un paso para formar secuencialmente dos o más perlas de soldadura por irradiación por láser en el exterior de las primeras perlas de soldadura, la dureza de superficie de las perlas de soldadura que se incrementa desde las perlas internas a las perlas externas.
