Claims (12)
1. Способ обнаружения антител против вируса классической чумы свиней (CSFV) дикого типа в тестируемом образце, где указанный образец также может содержать антитела против мутантного эпитопа TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2, способ включает стадию инкубации указанного тестового образца с иммобилизованным носителем, который содержит эпитоп TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2, который отличается тем, что этот способ включает совместную инкубацию на указанной стадии с носителем, который содержит мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором обнаружение опосредовано ELISA (твердофазным иммуноферментным анализом).
3. Способ по пп.1 или 2, в котором тестовый образец получают от животного свиньи, которое вакцинировали против CSF с использованием CSFV вакцины, которая содержит белок E2 CSFV, содержащий мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR.
4. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-3, в котором мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2, который содержится в носителе для использования при совместной инкубации, является таким же, как мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR, содержащийся в белке E2 CSFV из CSFV вакцины, которую использовали для того, чтобы вакцинировать животных свиней, от которых получали тестовые образцы.
5. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-4, в котором мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2, который содержится в носителе для использования при совместной инкубации, имеет аминокислотную последовательность: TAGSTLRTE (SEQ ID № 2).
6. Способ по п.4 или 5, в котором CSFV вакцина основана на вирусе vFlc-ΔPTa1.
7. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-6, в котором или иммобилизованный носитель, который содержит эпитоп TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2, или носитель, который содержит мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2, представляет собой белок E2 CSFV или в котором оба носителя представляют собой белки E2 CSFV.
8. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-7, который включает адаптацию условий инкубации на стадии, включающей совместную инкубацию с носителем, который содержит мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2, чтобы приспосабливать ее к добавлению указанного носителя.
9. Набор для диагностического теста для осуществления способа по любому одному из пп.1-8.
10. Использование носителя, который содержит мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR из CSFV E2, для совместной инкубации в способе по любому одному из пп.1-8 или в наборе для диагностического теста по п.9.
11. Способ дифференциации между животными, инфицированными CSFV дикого типа, и животными, которых вакцинировали против CSFV с использованием CSFV вакцины, где вакцина содержит белок E2 CSFV, содержащий мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR, и способ включает использование способа обнаружения по любому одному из пп.1-8 или включает использование набора для диагностического теста по п.9.
12. Способ управления инфекцией CSFV дикого типа в популяции животных свиней посредством комбинированного использования CSFV вакцины, которая содержит белок E2 CSFV, содержащий мутантный эпитоп TAVSPTTLR*, и набора для диагностического теста по п.9.
