Claims (10)
1. Способ обработки поверхности алюминиевой банки, включающий:
стадию щелочной обработки алюминиевой банки жидкостью для щелочной обработки, и
стадию кислотной обработки алюминиевой банки после стадии щелочной обработки жидкостью для кислотной обработки,
где степень травления на стадии щелочной обработки составляет менее 50 мг/м2.
2. Способ обработки поверхности алюминиевой банки по п. 1, в котором жидкость для щелочной обработки содержит по меньшей мере один тип ионов, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из ионов натрия, ионов калия и ионов аммиака.
3. Способ обработки поверхности алюминиевой банки по п. 1, в котором жидкость для щелочной обработки находится при температуре от 40°C до 70°C и время обработки алюминиевой банки на стадии щелочной обработки составляет от 1 до 30 с.
4. Способ обработки поверхности алюминиевой банки по п. 1, в котором жидкость для щелочной обработки содержит по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбираемое из группы, состоящей из органической кислоты, хелатирующего агента, диспергирующего агента и поверхностно-активного вещества.
5. Способ обработки поверхности алюминиевой банки по п. 1, в котором жидкость для кислотной обработки содержит по меньшей мере одну кислоту, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из серной кислоты, азотной кислоты и фосфорной кислоты, и содержит от 0,05 до 4 г/л ионов трехвалентного железа, и имеет рН, составляющий 2 или менее, и температура обработки алюминиевой банки на стадии кислотной обработки составляет от 30°C до 65°C.
6. Способ обработки поверхности алюминиевой банки по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором время обработки алюминиевой банки на стадии кислотной обработки составляет от 10 до 90 с.
7. Алюминиевая банка, подвергнутая обработке поверхности способом обработки поверхности алюминиевой банки по любому из пп. 1-6.
