Abstract

Se proporcionan una lámina de acero laminada en frío que tiene excelente capacidad de conversión química y alta resistencia a la corrosión después del recubrimiento y un método para la producción de la lámina de acero laminada en frío, y un componente automotriz. El método incluye llevar a cabo primer decapado con un líquido ácido 1) o un líquido ácido 2) a continuación en una lámina de acero sometida a recocido continuo después de laminación en frío y llevar a cabo segundo decapado con un líquido ácido hecho de un ácido no oxidante en la lámina de acero: el líquido ácido 1) contiene ácido nítrico y ácido clorhídrico, en el cual el ácido nítrico tiene una concentración de más de 50 g/L a 200 g/L o menos, una relación R1 (ácido clorhídrico/ácido nítrico) de una concentración del ácido clorhídrico a la concentración del ácido nítrico es de 0.01 a 0.25, y una concentración de iones de fierro es de 3 a 50 g/L, y el líquido ácido 2) contiene ácido nítrico y ácido fluorhídrico, en donde el ácido nítrico tiene una concentración de más de 50 g/L a 200 g/L o menos, una relación R2 (ácido fluorhídrico/ácido nítrico) de una concentración del ácido fluorhídrico a la concentración del ácido nítrico es de 0.01 a 0.25, y una concentración de iones de fierro es de 3 a 50 g/L.
